This man should have never been allowed to drive after the 1st or 2nd time. It took killing a small child and harming another for us the police to charge him with something serious(I understand it's the laws that are made) I think that we need stronger punishments for drunk driving!! We need to do something more to prevent this from happening to other family's. It will never bring Ryan back and our pain will never go away.
We need stronger punishments for people who do drive drunk!!

I was an EMT on the scene, and think we should make a stronger law, and call it RYANS LAW. I have always wondered why you see someone driving a car that has 3 or 4 3rd DWI offences. If it was not so improtant, it would be funny... But it's NOT.

Hi, "Delta":
Yes, what a tragedy. Drunk drivers need to be stopped. You were on the scene? How do they know the car driver was drunk...did you see him? Did the car driver ever say where he had gotten drunk?
Just curious.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Aquarius

Avoid making promises today, or even believing in other people's promises. Today is not a good day to make commitments, as they are not likely to materialise. Taking risks is a no-no. Try to relax until the numbers are in your favour. Those pursuing their career will benefit.
