Legalize and tax it. Another harmless person in JAIL for what. 13 other states allow it, but the USRP(United Solicialist Republic of PA)is still far behind the eight ball

So let me get this straight...This guy could face a max of 25 years in jail for pot, while the mother who let her boyfriend brutally beat her 2 year old daughter to death gets 5 - 10. There is something really f'd up with our justice system.

I will start popping off lawyers who defend the PA laws against pot, or if I am caught with half a million dollars and 5 pounds of pot from a decriminalized state which penalty will be worse?

Can't do the time- don't do the crime. Penalty does seem pretty stiff though

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Sagittarius

It's difficult to keep your mind on what you're doing today because it keeps wandering off in all directions. There won't be much you can do about this except to be aware of it, and preferably to postpone doing anything very complicated or important until you're less distracted and absent-minded. Unfortunately, you won't get very far with it at the moment.
