Suffolk County,N.Y. CPS,DSS

Here is an agency known as CPS(communist peoples society).Spiritually bankrupt men and woman who fiend on families misfortune by removing children and "selling" them into adoption into foster families with five or more children.The Suffolk Resident who cries about high taxes should be more interested in the spending budjet of this department as well of the PD's.In conjuntion with the county attorney and PD they will spare no expense to get thier point across even if it means hurting innocent children just to to thier parents who's in control.There are convicted felons such as Geoffrey Mascaro working for them,Contractors such as Pederson Kragg cashing off Multimillion dollar contracts for counseling of many people who are in nomore need than just simple AA or NA meetings.As a parent and government reform activist I want to let every Suffolk Resident who's household is not perfect such as "my three sons" you are living in danger of having your family torn apart in court by trail without jury,judges who do'nt care and dictated by lawyers paid $350.00 by county government.God will not bless America until Americans (the true patriots) work to remove the infestation of tyrants,commies and scum within our government ranks and structure.Do'nt beleive government will police itself,admit to it wrongs by itself.For every crooked official the DA makes a skapegoat,there are several otheres not investigated ,DA Spota not interested in cleaning house as much as he wants you to feel that way.I am hated by many for the truth,does it hurt?

I am in total agreement with you. I have the my three sons situation going on,but because my house in not out of better homes and digest, I am considered an abusive parent. Talk about communism

I was involved in the case and was witnessing the false charges against Mr. Mascaro at that time. There was a deal made between the prosecutor and Mr. Mascaro's wife to charge him - with her as witness - for crimes he had never commited (instead of her, so she wouldn't have to go to prison). The Mascaro couple was in the process of getting divorced by that time due the spouse's -in many ways excessive life. You have no idea what was really going on. Anyway he made his way back.
I ask you to keep your comments for yourself if you don't have the right information. Do not accuse an honorable citizen on a public platform. It's simply not right. Your obvious frustration goes against the wrong people. It should go against yourself. Think about it.

soy argentina tuve un problema de adiccion junto con el padre de mis hijos pedi ayuda antes de que mi tercer hijo naciera y nunca me la dieron por ser ilegal mi hijo fue cocaina positivo pero gracias a mi es un bebe sano por que le di todo a pesar de mi adiccion hace 4 años que estan en foster care hice muchas rehabilitaciones hasta he ido a la carcel voluntariamente por una rehabilitacion carcel y inmigracion me quito de ahi ahora hace un año que estoy en argentina y haciendo mi rehabilitacion correspondiente y los a recuperar a mis hijos la ley de madre para es mas fuerte que el monopolio social, son mis hijos y los amo y van estar con su madre como corresponde soy humana pero sobre todo madre y todos cometemos errores,amo a mis hijos por sobre todas las cosas y los voy a recuperar.

Listen Up Everyone- Whomever has been screwed by CPS and DSS I want to hear from. This county agency is taking children away from their families, this is a crime.
We need to form an organization agains't this agency and bring this to Albany, also a class action suit needs to be brought against this agency.

Are you really interested in doing something about this? Let's do it. We just had a visit a month ago and was informed we are being investigated because of "anonymous" allegations that we physically abused our child numerous times and to the point where the child needed treatment in the ER. Obviously false, since doctors and nurses are mandated reporters by law of child abuse. And the law requires that CPS take the child in that event, so before we were even visited that would be the first thing they check. But we were told, they "going" to check it. A month later, one more visit and two phones calls, they say nothing about the most serious of the allegations being false, because it would seem that that would be something positive for us as the parents. Instead, the new focus is that they have information we fought in the middle of the night, so much so, that, our child was woken up and was screaming and crying because of it. Since no one lives in the house next door (renovations), it may be the guys renting rooms down stairs, who could have possibly heard a fight or two, but our child wouldn't wake up unless you lit a stick of dynamite. I can go on and on, but this early in this process, I can see clearly that they will twist any information or statement, outright lie or even fabricate things to get what they want. Our child. I read on fightcps.com , that in NY, a child is worth over 3,000,000 to the system, between paying these agencies, foster parents, "service plans, etc. If they (CPS) does not produce (taking children away), their budget for the following year will be less than it is this year, a direct proportion.

Do YOU people think about the 2 year girl that is being raped by her father? If we did not have CPS, who would HELP HER. What about the two children sitting in the living room while mommy CHUGS on Jack Daniels? DO you REALLY think that it is APPROPIATE on CONDUCIVE for a CHILD'S Psychological Development for a parent to be drinking and or doing drugs around their children. When CPS comes into your home they HAVE procedures and the MOST important one is to KEEP the family together, they do not want to put children in FOSTER CARE. For all of you to know 70 % of CPS cases in NY are UNFOUNDED. Those cases that are unfounded, many times children are being abused.
SO if you really had your children taken away from you, it is time for reality check. Mental Health Counseling, Drug and Alcohol counseling, or just getting you life together.
All of SOCIAL Welfare Systems are corrupt in some ways. NOTHING CHANGES....IF NOTHING CHANGES>

im 33yrs old got remarried 7yrs ago had my tubes untied so i could start a new family with my husband we had a little girl she was born prem.1lb 2oz.cesection icu 3months.my husband was informed that he had lung cancer.i went though hell.he passed away after trying to fight it 4 3 yrs our daughter was dignoised with cerlby pasley.anyway i was in a methadone program.im off now.i started smoking crack my husband and i asked for help they came and took our baby.we got her back.this is in nyc.bronx.3 times they took our daughter.when my husband passed away i think it was 3months after he passed i was raped the man that raped me injected me with drugs acs wanted a drug test i said no the next day they took my daughter.all i want is my daughter back.we been though alot in the pass yr.i would never hurt my child.she is my love of my life.please give me some ideas my name is gail

Well - you want corruption - look at Greene County NY. My ex wife recently left my 9 yr old alone for hrs, and although an officer said she was going to be arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child (even had me drive back to the station to make a deposition)- NOTHING was done because she has friends at CPS - and they didn't want to pursue it. Seems its not a crime to leave a kid alone! Plus - I know it was at least an hour - she is claiming 15 or 20 minutes - when it was twice that time from the time the police arrived and found my son alone! She also forces my 8 yr old daughter to share a bed with my other son - a 5 yr old boy(and has for the past 2 years)- but also - not illegal. In fact - she told them that a bed just broke - and thats why they share a bed. What nonsense. As long as she has friends looking out for her, my kids are in danger. I can go on and on, but it hardly matters. She has even badgered the kids into making false statements - pretty much destroying the blended family that we've built with my fiance and her son over the last 4 years. Whenever I bring any of this up, I'm painted as the bad guy. It won't stop until my Ex's negligence ends up killing one of my kids. And then it will be too late. And of course - the law guardian is part of the 'good ol girls' network and has NEVER found anything favorable about Dads having custody or rights. She routinely ignores anything that would show that my ex is negligent and is damaging the physical and emotional health of my kids. They all have their own agenda - and it has a lot to do with making sure that they get each other's cooperation for their NEXT court case.

I have epiepsy and my daughters school called cps on me and my husband because my children have witnessed me having seizures and my husband is unfit because he allows it. It this allowed? This to me is BS. I am a great mother, unfortunately, I have had numberous health problems, including epilepsy...it hasn't stopped me from loving and caring for me children. It is unfortunate that they have to see it but if you ask them if they would like to be removed from their situation they will tell you NO. What do I do, I have a home visit on Tuesday?

Help! I live on the easteren end of long island, and I have 2 kids. I am a single mother. My 13 year old son is very stubborn and has difficulty getting up for school.(3 of 5 days late). My daughter is special needs. The father of my children left years ago and it has ben a battle with the courts to keep them.(I did win three years ago) My son, who has chosen to stay with me has been going to counseling to help coup. THE SCHOOL called CPS and said that my son is being neglected. Since the school reported my son was being neglected, I would prefer they left my daughter out of it, as she is very sensitive with her condition. The CPS worker is rude, doesn't listen, and demanding. The case worker is going to the school and demanding to see my children. Can I stop that? I am unsure if I want to request an administrative hearing as I can't find my rights on the internet. Can anyone help?

You are living in a dream world. Wake up and smell the proverbial coffee. DSS is a huge scam organization. Its legalized kidnapping and extrotion.

DSS was started with the right idea, but now its garbage. It must be destroyed and rebuilt with the right ideas.

I have a friend who's wife falsey accused him of molesting his daughter just so she could divorce and run away to Colorado. He is fighting it, but he hasn't seen his kids in months and the mother, who is mentally ill when not taking her medication, is making sure these kids know what to say so "mommy doesn't get in trouble". The Child Advocate Attorney appointed by the state was informed of this behavior, but has done nothing about it since everyone involved is paid by DSS and they don't want to lose their income, especially not for telling the truth.

If DSS ever knocked on my door, I wouldn't answer. Too scared too, because even if your innocent, they don't care.

I have situation where I was seeing a married woman who her husband wouldn't let her leave and told her she was eating furicets,mild downer, she was getting over the internet,eating well over 15 a day....and he would tell there children one she was having an affair and two he would go to CPS and turn her in so she would be able to see or get the children....Is there anyway for me to help her even if she can't and doesn't want help herself?
Very good parent but has not been loved by her husband and really can't stand him and he uses the children to stop any sort of move she may take to talk to him or any talk of a mutual situation...the pills are her biggest enemy...
Should I let someone with authority know or should I just mind my business and move on....

a false incident call came into the state abuse hotline in july of 2006,suffolk county c.p.s.sent a caseworker over to investigate a sexual abuse charge against my 17 old daughter and myself.The caller lied that is a class a misdemeanor any false call to the state central registry.the suffolk county da tom spota claims he is a protector of children in his county but has done nothing to help our family or have this miscreant arrested along with the criminal tresspass and home invasion laws cps investigators break when you ask them for a warrant to be in your house.Yes thats right you do not have to let them in your home and you can let them in but when they want to see your children they are violating your 4th ammendment rights for search and siezure and they also have to leave your home leave your prperty and call a cop and get a court ordered warrant but they first have to prove to the family judge that there is some kind of proof to the allegations.cps workers say that there backed by state law that they dont need a warrant,their lying and now can be arrested.My case is now in the state inspector generals office with a 10 month investigation wich should be ending soon with findings,all of you wrongly called on by some miscreant or idiot nieghbor or twisted mother can call the state inspector generals office and file a complaint against nys ocfs and their legal dept. they are the ones who are in charge of the state abuse hotline. Not only have i done this but i have secured 180 calls to the state abuse hotline call center from july 29 to july 30th one of those calls was from a pay phone near my home and inow know who called but spotas office wont arrest this guy.So lets arrest the cps investigator because he has to verify the allegations and call the caller before they come to your house.H e knows who called.Anyone who recieved a false abuse allegation to the state central registry between midnight july 29 to midnight july30th 2006 i have the phone number of that callerfrom the mci telephone billing nys goverment services account.

I forgot to tell you that when a call comes in to the hotline the cps worker must come with suffolk county cops thats a state law and thats why the nassau county cps could not avoid the brewer tragedy because cps came on one day and the police came on another day never together as the state law for joint protocol investigations states .
