with that, due to power of attorney, senior citizens can have their children assist them and also people can withdrawl and deposit without ID via ATMs or deposit slips in a dropbox.

So...They can still get a free ID from the state...the state will come to their front door, free of charge, and issue them an ID.They don't even have to leave their house or pay a single penny.

also If their so screwed up they don't even know their name..then maybe...they don't need to be voting.

Again do they even know they need to do that? Do they even know that its an option. You are going to have many people show up to polls not knowing this is a new requirement. You will have people turned away and people not allowed to vote to stop an admitted 0 cases of voter fraud.
