Go to the Utica Topix Forum and read about how one fan is already complaining about how Rome got a franchise (Premo's team) to come to the Kennedy Arena come Nov '08 (affiliate with the new EPHL), and he's crying about how come Utica didn't get a franchise. Then read my reply.
