I am a member of Bruce's immediate family and we are glad that OSHA is taking part in this, his mother's main concern of all of this is that Osha or someone can assess the risks in the operation that was being performed and implement safety standards that will prevent this from happening to anyone else, his family is so distraught over losing there son at such a young age his father is a tractor trailer mechanic and says that even having another person there with him may have prevented this, why he was sent alone, who knows, know one has any answers yet until the investigastion is complete, we are just glad that someone is involved and that hopefully they can learn something from this that can prevent it or at least considerably lesson the chances of this happening again, thank you

If you need to speak to an attorney, they don't get any better than Leon Koziol in Utica. He handled my case and I was more than pleased with the outcome. How sad, hopefully OSHA will get to the bottom of this sad situation. My condolences to the family and friends of this poor soul.

It is sad to say this happened but being one who used to work in construction, often people don't work thinking saftey first. Expecially at such a young age, often think they are invinciable. So this should be a good but unfortunate less to remember saftey first. If ever an employer asks you do do something unsafe then refuse to do it make a note of the incident and why the job didn't get done. Dont' worry about getting fired worrry about losing your life! Also covered under the fair labor & standards acts!

Sorry about the death of your loved one. Get a lawyer first, don't trust Osha completely.
