Joe died because he pulled a knife and did not know what to do with it. Maybe if he was a "real" tough guy he would have fought with his hands and or instead of sticking his nose where it did not belong just went home. You did say she wasa his ex right? I don't know any parties involved in this but I think this is a shame. I'm sitting at home listening to my scanner lastnight and it come across that some1 reported seeing him. Then as I'm listening more and intentively to it (cause I figured it would be a high pursuit chase) it comes back across and says he was arrested on tuesday and is out on bail! So exactly y did he get arrested and is out on bail? Hmm u people f'ing kill me there must be some kind of proof that he was involved. He now faces charges from multiple agencies, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office said.

Frank Aiello, 36, had warrants out for his arrest in Utica and Herkimer at the time he surrendered to the Sheriff's Office, deputies said.

After being interviewed about the Sept. 8 altercation that led to the death of 26-year-old Joseph Andrewski in Annsville, he also was charged with third-degree assault, deputies said.

Aiello allegedly kicked Andrewski's wife, Julie Andrewski, in the face that night while she on the ground trying to help her fatally injured husband, deputies said.

Aiello was arraigned in Annsville Town Court and posted bail on those charges, deputies said. He was then turned over to Herkimer Police due to his outstanding warrant.
