So in Rome, NY you can be 3 times over the legal drinking limit while driving and you are released to somebody else all in less than one hour?????????? Must have been a shift change or some real dumb cops...maybe both...

No wonder in Florida they put you away until the next morning imagine if he would have had and accident and killed someone.
