I hear she sides with fathers? Carmen valvo isnt a good lawyer to represent me? Michael kalil? My case is tough..I am the mother...both parents have everything the kids need but father is brain washin the kids into wanting to live there but Iv had them anddd provided for them 75% plus for 11 years now...who will she side with???(Im not unfit and want my kids, so does he...he has 5 kids, I have 3...2 with him, they have been in same school district their whole life, he wants them in another...can anyone predict what will happen???

How old are the kids? and most likely if they have been with you the hole time and as long as your a good Mom. You shouldn't have any problem... Stand your ground I went threw the same thing but never had this Judge. It would be a cold day in Hell before my ex got my children. Good Luck

Most fathers want their kids because the system favors the mother. It should be shared custody from the beginning. The lawyers are the only ones benefiting from the money spent to fight so you can get you kids every other weekend and twice during the week!!. The system bankrupts the father and he just becomes the main financial suport of the child. I know a guy who pays 1500 a month for one child and the ex decided to quit her job. What if the guy quit his job? He would be in jail..... There is no accountability of the money given by USUALLY the father. WHY does one kid cost 17% and two cost 25%? Is the second kid only worth 8%? The System is a joke and it needs to change!!

I have no problem paying 17% for child support. It's money well spent.

I had judge skank. She tries to side with the father and talks to the woman like their shit. She talked to me like a dog even after the father was proven to be a child abuser. I got custody but she is a bitch. Good luck

She seen he was lying but her attitude was still awful. Far as lawyers I had Jennifer Hurley I told her about my ex and she looked into it. She even had cps dig into it. Even when the judge granted me everything she still was a smartass. I guess just tell your lawyer everything so a good case can be presented. I had Diane Grande as law guardian. She talked to me and my child who was 4 at the time. She listened to both lawyers before making any recommendations. Just present everything you know to your lawyer and see what happens.

After 2 years fighting for a whole 25.00 a week the judge sentenced my son's father to jail time with a 12 month suspension for non payment of support (in 12 years the man has only paid approximately 500.00 TOTAL), stating in the order he was NOT to be late on one more payment and he was NOT to miss a payment. Since the order, in march he has been late by weeks, and has had some weekly payments as low as 8.00. I, in turn, violated him for late payments and non payments of support... the judge decides to give this deadbeat another 2 months to see if he will start making payments. Are you kidding me? Why place a sentence in order if she isn't going to follow the terms? I am so fed up with the family court system!

Ughh Im soo stressed, his dad paid for a lawyer for him, I only have a public defender (Valvo) and the lawyer is in the same office as the law guardian. I feel they r all against me and stuff wont be fair. My kids are older and the other side of the family is persuading my kids not to want to live with me, but REALLY THERES NO DIFFERENCE IF THEY LIVE W ME DURING THE WEEK AND HIM ON WKNDS OR VICE VERSA...JUST THAT HIS LOWLIFE GETS TO COLLECT FOODSTAMPS, GETS OUTA PAYING CHILDSUPPORT AND GETS THEM ON TAXES...HE HAS 3 OTHER KIDS HE SHOULD BE WORRYING ABT. What makes you think a guy should have to give you money to take care of a kid that YOU wanted? Then you think that the women should get the kids and the guys should have to pay you for it? Nope this is not true! I had my son and did everything for him, was a fantastic mother, had great job and was very involved in his life and at 10 yrs old my son was allowed to choose living at his dads house. I would talk to this female lawyer over on Floyd ave named Diane grande. She's been through this and knows how much it hurts. Def knows her stuff and I don't think you will be disappointed ( does a free consult ). Good luck to you because you are about to go down the roughest road of your life!
