Rhino Fittness

This is why when I DO go to the gym I stay to myself and not try to be Mr Social. I have been to Rhinos and I didnt like the fact that MOST of the guys there are really crazy into themselves.... I AM A GUY.... Who has probably done more with my life than 90% of the "gym rats" that go there BUT you wont see me talking to the "boys" about how awesome I am. Stay at home if ur going to the gym to mingle or to be a social toolbag.... If you go.... Go to the gym.... Work out.... And leave.

I didn't say that females only use treadmills. I am a female and I lift weights, heavy I might add. I just added that about a treadmill because I prefer not to run outside when it is 0 or 100 degrees.

Ryan is kind of dickish. I have nothing against him really and I am not trying to be out to "get" him.... HE seems very stuck on himself and THAT alone rubs me wrong! His gym needs more cardio equitment BUT I will say if you want to go somewhere to really work hard in the gym.... Its not a bad place. I just dont like the cocky pricks that walk in that gym thinking they are gods greatest gifts to this world.... Not every member is that way but there are alot of them like that..... And if ur a girl and you LIKE Rhinos gym (bc yall are a "family") u prolly like the attention all the horny ass men give you..... I MEAN I have never felt like "family" when I was there.

Protect?!?!?! That is hilarious!!!! Safer?!?! How funny!!! More cops work out at S.A.C and as far as location it's way safer!! Protect and Safer no, uneasy is more like it and I have no doubt you are one of those guys I see in there. I have traveled a lot and visited lots of gyms even in other countries. EVERY gym has meatheads, dumb asses, steroid users, chicks there to pick up guys and vise versa if u expect every one in the world to act or look like u think they should u will just have a pathetic life . I mean seriously are u there for urself or some other reason? I suggest u rhino haters go somewhere else we really don't want u in our gym anyway.

Well I was just about to drop in and look the place over because I wasn't sure whether or not it was the place for my family but if you are in fact the owner and you addressed the negativity in this manner, I just lost interest. Apologizing for for certain issues and assuring people that you will look in to concerns would have been a more productive way to have responded or for that matter not responding at all. I have heard that there are a few aggressive guys that approach woman and act inappropriately that you have no control over but to tolerate that behavior is unacceptable. I would not want my wife or daughter treated that way and I would think you wouldn't either.

This site just flat out cracks me up. I been going to rhinos for over a year now. I love it there. I could care less if there guys or girls looking at themselves in the mirror they are trying to change their body how else are u going to see changes without looking. It doesn't hurt anyone rose because they use the mirror. As for the smell it smells no diff from any other normal gym. There are people working up a sweat I can't speak for everyone else but after I workout and I'm sweating I'm not smelling like roses n if you do please tell me the secret. I was a member at SAC before coming to rhinos n yes there were more treadmills but less room n machines to lift with. Had to always wait for 65 year old guys to talk about the country club drama with each other instead of lifting. Every gym is going to have good and bad things about them. It's up to you as a person what your there to do if your there to get your workout in and change your body then do that no one else can keep you from doing that if your there to watch everyone else talk or look in mirrors n then you complain about it why are you wasting your time watching these other folks? Just all sounds childish to me but who am I to cast judgement but I know when I workout I'm workibg out. Have a nice day n if I see you at rhinos ill smile and say hi but I will be working out so just do what you do I guess.

Anyways if you put as much effort into working out as you do on breaking folks and pretty everything down you might get somewhere. But like I said I'm there to workout n change my body. N if I see you there ill smile n say hi n I'm sure you will do the same only to later jump on this site to talk trash later but that's ok like I said do what you do.
