Now, Pedranos have to drive to Torrance and stand in line to do our business. If it is DMV related, I find setting an appointment and arriving at the appointed time is much quicker. The DMV people have always tried to be efficient and helpful so the transaction time has been more brief than standing in line at the Auto Club. However, one day I had my wallet and driver's license stolen so to avoid driving without a license I had to stand in line without an appointment to get a temporary replacement. That was not fun.

I mean being backed by the biggest pro-developers Torrance has ever seen, who surgically destroyed the quality of life we once enjoyed. Thanks again for pointing this out as this should 'tank' Guyton's chances once and for all. Good work.
