A woman who gets breast implants because of breast cancer is understandable.....otherwise you just look like a cheap bimbo! If these people hadn't been so vain, this wouldn't have happened.

Wow, Thanks for the great advise moron. Not all people that have elective surgery are bimbos # 1 and #2, I have never heard such a moronic statement in my life. This wouldn't have happened if people weren't so vain. Hey idiot, This happened because the Dr. chose to do these things. If these people wern't so vein he wouldn't have this career. Let me guess, you like to hug trees right? Or maybe you are ugly and can't afford to fix your flaws. Thank god you aren't a juror. Come to think of it, if you happen to get a juror summons in the mail, do us all a favor and just throw it out.

this is not because patient doing some facelift,or getting boobs. this is about a doctor doing fraud on medical insurance, and so what if people want to look better, people make these comments because their hatting on people that want to look good.

I would think it would be easy to verify if tumors in excess were removed. They probably would have been sent to biopsy. And if he had that many, with no previous history and no biopsy, I would think that would be negligent.

Sad Society.. I had a nasal reconstruction by this doc. Which was not for vanity reasons. This Doc tried reopen my insurance claim 2 years later stating they neglected to bill my insurance for something to do with the surgery but my insurance company needed my permission to re-open it. Hmmm Think I called the insurance company to reopen the claim? heck no, but.. back to your idiotic statement, Breathing through ones nose is not about growing old gracefully. The Doc was greedy, period! End of story.

Actually I just finished a two-month trial in Long Beach, thank you very much. You can read about it in the Long Beach Press Telegram forum if you care to. And no, we did not clear the killer because we thought it was his two victims' fault for being murdered. Funny that you mention that; as I was listening to all the testimony in that case, I did in fact wonder if the defense attorneys were going to use that argument: that the girls were to blame for being so stupid as to be friends with the guy who would eventually kill them.

Only trolls are so quick to blame the victim for a crime. Or do you have specific information regarding this particular case?

And since you brought it up, I feel sorry for anyone involved when YOU wind up on a jury. I can see you in the deliberation room, "It's the victim's fault for being a victim!" I believe most people would think YOURS is the "idiot logic".

BTW, I run a very well known animal rescue so go ---- yourself like usual because nobody else wants to, and if you're who I think you are you should have reconstructive surgery from the head to the toes. He is in court today for another trail for working on some chicks hernia when she was supposed to get implants and lipo treatment, according to a blog posted by the DB. He charged her $25,000 for that. My girl had both implants and lipo done for 5-7k! Something like that, it was many years ago...but this guy is charging top dollar for his work, and then still pulling fraud on the ins company? Throw the book at this crook, and hit him hard with it!
