Does anyone know James Waters and where he is now? Is Pete still living in Rolla?

Yes Tim did have an arguement with James on the 18th of January 07. It was over an alleged molestation of one of Tim's family members by James. Is there a connection to Tim's disappearance? I heard James is in jail now. If he molested Tim's daughter then he deserves to be in jail forever. None of us in Newburg need people like him bringing down the good name. Does anyone here know anything about a trailer burning on his property in Newburg last year and why it happened?

Who knows Lil John or John Martin from St James? Is he trouble?

He no longer owns that property. Sold it about three years ago.

Thanks Homegrown. Do you know very much about him? I heard he was sentenced to jail for 8 years now for molesting that missing man's daughter. He deserved more since he is guilty. I wonder if he had anything to do with the father Tim that is missing for over a year. Does anyone know?

I don't know. After they sold the property Pete lived there for awhile before he had a series of strokes. He still has a place there but think he lives with her most of the time

Thanks for the info on Pete. Did you hear anything about that guy Tim Potter that came up missing? I heard James and He got into an arguement that day.

Yes I have heard about it and feel for his family.

Who did you hear this from? I have met his sister and she is devastated to say the least. She said she thinks some guys named Bunton's know what happened to him. I also heard that James use to hang out with the Bunton boys. Do you think they could have been together in having a part of his disappearance?

James waters is in jail in Jeff. City. he got only 8 years for the crimes he committed. Yes, he got into an argument with Tim the day Tim disappeared. When I asked him what happened, he said Tim walked away....not usual for Tim. However, he was definitely with Darrell Bunton Jr.(william) that night all the way up until at least 11:15 as witnessed by 3 different reliable witnesses.
The last sighting was by someone who said they put him in a truck and drove away. The witness said Tim couldn't even stand up. It was only 6 degrees that night...his so called girlfriend said he came to her trailer at 2 a.m. but I don't believe her. Walter(Leroy)Hart, was also with Darrell that night. There are more, but strangely enough, Walter Hart slipped and fell in Darrell's trailer and broke his neck. He died 5 months later....wonder if he was going to come clean about what he saw? If anybody knows anything about it, it would be safer to get in touch with us, You never know when they might get high and drunk and come after you..They are paranoid. .By the way, Pete Waters(the younger one) is in Fulton. He got 12 years for child molestation. Jame's son Steven is also in jail in Cameron. Any info you need can be found on DOC site, along with pictures. Their father is very sick. None of them live in Huffman any more. Also, an interesting fact..James was gone for 3 or 4 days with his truck and 4 wheeler right after Tim disappeared. However, that could be coincidence. But I have heard that Pete Waters hung out with James Bunton. Food for thought. Tim's Mom..then again it could be something quite different..
