Just saw the story for the first time on KSPR news tonight....did some research online....who to believe???? smells kinda fishy....white fish!!

if you truly knew the entire family, and the situation that led up to these unfounded accusations against the father, it would be easier. What the news didn't talk about and the dad didn't say was the number of therapist, guardian ad lidems, and social workers that the mother took the older boy to trying to get someone to substantiate what she was alleging. NONE of them could find any mental or physical evidance that anything inappropriate happened. If a child was truly RAPED by ANYONE the least they would say was 'it hurt me'. This mans son denied that his father did anything to him, and apparantly the only people he DID say this too is his mother, grandmother and aunts. AFTER mom had a bit of a breakdown after a miscarriage, and went thru some post pardum type issues, decided she wanted a divorce out of the blue, and left her husband taking the kids with her, thinking it was 1950 again, and the mom ALWAYS gets the kids. When the judge decided differantly the first time, WHAM!! Mom drops the bomb that Daddy raped the kid??!! Not both, just one... The oldest one, that was the closest to his father, and gave her the most trouble wanting his dad. Hmmmmm- what to believe??

I would think that law enforcement could find those boys if they would put some effort into it.

Many unfit mothers will accuse fathers of child abuse during divorce proceedings. Lets ask ourselve why these allegations never came up before the divorce? Chances are this lady is mentally ill and strung out on meth. I hope they find her, prosecute her and return the children to their father. What kind of life will these kids have running and hiding from officials? I support Judge White's decision-there is a reason he sits on judge's bench.

Where does everybody think they are.

No doubt the mother/grandmother knows exaxtly where they are, or she would have been on the news begging her daughter to call her or something instead of slinging allegations at the dad that were determined to be false... Obviously she's hiding them or knows where they are. I just hope these little boys at least get to play outside sometimes and have at least a little bit of a normal life since their mother seems to think the best thing for them is to run and hide.

OK let’s begin with this. Go to the court house (Dent Co) get the trial on DVD (available through the freedom of information act) hours we will begin examining the almost twenty hours of testimony on this topix thread beginning on May 1st 2012 That’s fair and productive. Isn’t it????

Judge White is a very good man and a great Judge. Very respectable and fair.

Judge White doesn't sit on the bench in Dent County. He's an Associate in the 25th Circuit, where the cases were heard.

I wrote an extensive letter last night that was not posted. Is there someone who edits the posts? I answered questions and used real names. Is that the reason it wasn't posted? I will see if this is posted before I rewrite my letter.

TO DIAMOND IN ROLLA Tha allegations of sexual abuse did come out before the trial. They had been seperated 2 years and 11 months before the trial. NEVER during the trial was there ever an implication that Jetta ever did anything illeagal or immoral. GET THE TRANSCRIPTS if they could have implicated --they would of. She never did drugs, drink, or have a boyfriend. All she did was go to church and homeschool her boys.

TO HAPPY WITH BARNS --The allegation of sexual abuse were never determined to be false. The child was never able to speak to the judge and the ''therapist'' you spoke of was the ex-gielfriend of Jasons lawyer. Check this info--it is true. This was a set up trial because Jason is a ''hometown boy'' and works for the state. Jettas public defender was sworn in as a new lawyer THE DAY of the trial--check this imfo--its true.

TO JUSTICE SERVED IN ROLLA Judge Ron White is a unjust judge who would not even talk to Wilman.[we call him tater salad]. Get the transcripts---There was never any allocations of Jetta being a bad mother

TO FAT LADY--I will tell you why law enforcement has not found these boys. God Almighty is protecting them! Immoral people in high places have protected Jason who is a pedaphile. I agree with LESTER THE______ watch your kiddies.
