To Jim, Thank you so much for the wonderful words of our Lord. I know he is with me each second of the day. I talk to him so often durning the day and lots of the nurses and other employees where I work know that if I am holding a necklace that has a tiny lighthouse with a cross on the back and I WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU. written on it that I am praying or having a moment of silence and they will come back to my office later to ask whatever it is. Gretchen will go to see a radation oncologist tomorrow and our prayer is that he will not say to give more radation as that is why she got breast ca from radation from a melanoma when she was 18. So two surgeries down this is where we are. I text her last night as she had texted me and ask what was she going to do about the irration on the surgery site as she is afraid it will get infected. I replied Stop now and think. God got you through 6 months of chemo and two surgeries and people ever place are praying for you so just keep your faith and I know you are going to be ok. Life seems unfair but the hard times are to make us stronger in the Lord and just keep holding on to his hand and his will be done. So that is where we are and I knew someone else was praying for me as I had a good week with the new computer system and my husband has felt better this weekend also. I also have less stress and I am real bad about worrying about everyone and want to make things right. I have just turned so much over to God that only he can fix and I don't feel as burdened as I did about 5 weeks ago. So Please keep praying for Gretchen and also for me. Just use Dell when you think of me or pray for me as that is the part of my name that is true. God knows all and he knows why I did not want to use my real name regarding the Crosses as you might have read that I have known them all my life and therefore I did not want to hurt them. The Taylor guy I don't know anything about, but it is God's job to judge us all so the less we hurt others, then we will get hurt less. What court dates were set in October concerning Jay Taylor's crimes? Something was in the Kingsport Times about more cases being heard. Has anyone read the article or know what this is related to?

Yes, this thief 'stood up to someone', towered over some women, then stole money from these defenseless people who he premeditated as targets. Who specifically do you feel he stood up to? As well, when did he ever hold his head high - I would like to know this? He shrank away from the truth like a dog sucking eggs in a hen house, then plead the fifth in fear of looming criminal proceedings.

Do you believe the TBI is not an important entity to be this involved with Taylor? I don't believe they handle Perhaps you have been dissuaded from watching the news or reading the paper.

Taylor did not file 1040 returns or pay taxes for 13 years. He didn't pay taxes on his employee, 940/941's either.
Taylor is a tax scoundrel as well as a shyster of female victims. He is a firmly established heathen, exposed layer by layer, not a Christian as he has pretended, yet he functions in a leadership position at this cult/business.

Can anyone please advise if it's true Taylor was recently re-appointed as youth leader? If so, this cult's leaders are less intelligent than the commissioner who bribed him in as General Sessions Court.

They are all complicit in his crimes.

Hi Jim I just wanted to take a few minutes to ask that you continue to keep Gretchen on your prayer list, but wanted to let you know that she came back to work today and will not be getting more radation, so that is one prayer answered. She is back to her normal schedule of three days per week as the provider she works with has cut back to three and they work so well together. Now the incision site is a concern as there is one area not healed so that has to be watched very close to not get infection. She is strong and as beautiful as ever and her faith is even stronger. All of us are having some problems getting this new computer system going where and how it is suppose to, but that to shall pass. The bottom line is that Taylor secured and attached his business property which he knew would be encumbered and liened against by the IRS to this woman in a blatantly fraudulent and unethical financial transaction to benefit himself.

Once again this shows he always acts in bad faith. Will intention and full knowledge that he had never paid or filed 940/941's for his employee, he still led this woman to believe the substantial notes he and his wife, Julia North, borrowed from this lady's life's savings were secured by this piece of property. He scammed her. He knew he never paid one dime of taxes or even filed taxes appropriately to determine whether he owed a tax liability. Even if he did not owe taxes based on offsetting expenses, it was his obligation and requirement to file a personal tax return and a business owner.

I ask again.....why does anyone within this community or attending this cult want their youth taught or influenced by this common thug/thief.

The Internal Revenue Service has filed delinquent tax liens on real estate holdings belonging to Taylor.

More than $218,000 worth of liens were filed in the Hawkins County Register of Deeds Office as recently as March 9, although there are also two active liens dating back to 2008. The liens are for failure to pay personal income taxes each year between 1999 and 2007 totaling $190,599.
The overdue income tax bills range from a low of $4,529 in 2007, which was Taylor’s first full year on the bench as juvenile court judge, to a high of $46,332 for 2003.

The liens also address failure to pay Employer’s Annual Federal Unemployment Tax from 2006-08 and failure to pay Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax from 2004-08 totaling more than $26,000, as well as a $1,794 penalty assessed in September 2011 for the tax period ending Dec. 31, 2008.

Hi Jim, today is my Friday as I am off on Friday and we are not open weekends, so that gives me some time to get some things done. Gretchen wanted me to thank you for your prayers and concern as I told her how we got involved and now we are I guess as they would say back in the day pen pals. God had his hand in this and of that I have no doubt. She did tell me more and I saw the large area they took from her thigh to do the graft to close it and at this time there is a opening at the incision site that you can actually see her rib, but the skin around that area is dead so they are trying to decide how best to close it up. She feels and looks great and she knows all that I have done to make my prayer partners aware by email so they can in turn have all at their church praying for her and she can not believe that I have done all of that as she knows how much work I have and I do lots of it at home and the story of you, well let's just say she was over whelmed that I had done so much. I said Gretchen I was not the one that did this. God did this as he uses us to pray and love others as we love ourself. I don't remember how it goes but I do know you have to love yourself before you can love another person. Anyway she will go back on the 30th to Moffitts in Tampa for them to check the incision site, but only God knows what is in the plans and I continue to ask God if it be his will to not make her suffer more and to be healed and always know that he and he though many of us helped her through this and he for sure guided the Doctors, as I believe no Doctor has such great skills only if they come from God. One of my part time nurses is coming in to work for her on the day she goes to Tampa,so I will keep you posted when we know more after her visit on the 30th. It is great having someone I don't even know praying for both Gretchen and myself. With out prayer and God and his Angels there is no way I could have made it the past two years as I almost lost my husband but God was not ready for him. We have been married going on 39 years and he is quite a number of years older than me so God got me over those rough times and he is keeping me strong as so many friends and family are praying for me and I guess I could say a stranger, but I feel as if I know you so I can count you as a friend if you don't mind.
