This whole debate is quite juvenile and ridiculous. I see no one keepIng their family from driving to Sullivan, Hamblen, or Greene Counties just because alcohol is served in various restaurants. It's absolutely laughable when you see people preach against liquor by the drink and then they drive 30 miles to eat at a restaurant that serves it. Even though they don't drink they still make the effort to get there. Besides...last time I checked beer was sold in numerous restaurants in Hawkins County and you would think a $3 beer would be easier to afford than an $8 glass of wine or mixed drink. But, then again maybe you would rather someone drive after drinking a beer than wine. What a useless debate.
