Death

Does anyone have any thoughts on what happen's when we die. My experiences w/ my Mom and two sister's was that we will see those who've passed before us. All three of them saw Dad and our brother in the room when they were dying. Maybe it was the morphine maybe not. The closer they got to dying the more often they stated seeing people who had gone.

I knew a 18 year old that had cancer. Just before he passed away, he ask his parents if they could hear that beautiful music. They couldn't, but he heard it.

A friend I went to church with held her hands up to heaven as she took her last breath.

I can see me seeing the Angels looking down on me, ready to take me home when I take my last breath. Well, at least this is how I would love to leave this planet anyways.

This be so true. The deaths that I have been present to,the person on deaths door,speaks of the dearly departed.

I have know clue why this happens. It happens and we are left here remembering our loved ones last thoughts."Why did Aunt Jane wear that awlful hat"? or "Why did Sam buy that cow"?

When my husband passed,he was 600 miles away, I was driving and this overwhelming feeling,I cannot explain it, like he was there.I actally looked over to the passenger seat. I started crying.
Weeks later, they determined he passed at about that time od day. 11:23 2.m. on a Monday.

I am sorry for the typo...it should say, 11:23 a.m.

i had a bad motorcycle wreck in 2005. i don't recall any of it untill about 4-5 days later. I remember lying in a white smoke filled room, looking down at myself. I heard a voice ask what my name was. I knew I was dead. I knew I was talking to God. Then it hit me...God should know my name. Just where was I anyway? I decided not to answer, i just said "nope, not telling ya"
I found out a month later that one of the first persons there on the scene was a guy that lived 3 house up from me...asking me who i was, where i lived...
I wrecked in my subdivision just 1 minuet from my house.

My grandmother heard music no one else could hear for about a week before she died. She would call people and ask them if they could hear the music. No one ever could, not even the neighbors living close by her. It is a humble feeling knowing there is another side.

I Had a Wonderful Mother-n-law,She was a second Mother to me on this side of life,We All Family had a Wonderful Experience with her a few days before God called her home.And No the last few Days She Did-Not have any Morphine,or Any of Her other Meds in her.She laid many years upon her bed Due to her Many Illness's.But a few days before she was called home,She called All us Family to her Bed-side,right down to each Lil Grand-Child's Name.We Family All sit at her bed-side,and Prayed,and Sing often to her for up to four days,She would tell us Who she was meeting over on the otherside,Many that had gone before her,She would call their names,and tell us all about them.She would sit straight up in the Bed,and talk to us about Heaven,How The beautiful streets of gold.And how She was walking upon those streets of Gold.One of the Sons would ask her?Would you like 2 lay down now and rest awhile,Her words were:No You see you don't get tired over here.You talk about an Experience.It just made us All wantta go with her.And right at the 4th day,She saw the Beautifull Gates of pearl,and told us about those,and As I Made my way out-side to my Lil trailer next door to pray again,I Remember the thought came to me so plain that when she see's Jesus's Face She will than Lay back into his Arms.And She will go Home so Peacefull,And thats exactly How it went."What a Wonderful Way to Go Home."You'd just had to been here to really Experienced "What We Family really experienced? "I sure Hope,and Pray that I Can have this Same Experience, When it comes My time to Go home.How Beautiful Heaven must be.I Sure hope this May be a blessing to Some-one,It sure does Bless me each time I Think about Her,and How She went to her Real Home on High."May God Bless All"

I was a little girl sitting in my desk at Surgoinsville Elementary and I started looking out the window and saw my grandmother ascending up into the sky in front of the most beautiful sunrise I've ever seen. When school was out that day my grandfather came to pick me up and he told me that Mamaw had died. And then years later, 20 years old, I was riding down the road thru Church Hill when all of a sudden I saw a vision of a car wreck and I saw a little baby that was hurt. I thought God was showing me that we were going to have a car wreck. I just started crying. I know my husband thought I was going crazy or something. We drove on down the road and we got to where the train tracks pass over the highway right there at Goshen Valley Road and there was a wreck. A little infant car seat was sitting there next to the wrecked car empty. Then 8 years later I dreamed one night that someone died. I kept standing there trying to figure out who had died because I couldn't find a casket. I kept looking for people I knew, trying to make sure that it wasn't them. I saw my dad standing in line at the funeral home, saw Mom, my brother Dewayne, saw my kids but the one person that I couldn't find was my little brother, Jonathan. A few weeks later on Friday night Nov. 16th I kept having this terrible feeling that something was dreadfully wrong. I kept telling my husband that something was going to happen. The next day we learned that my little brother, Jonathan had been killed in a suspicious fire in the same mobile home that I grew up in. Not long after this I was cleaning in my little girls' bedroom when all of a sudden I heard funeral music, the soft kind that they always play at Colboch Price Funeral Home. The next day I got a phone call that my third cousin Penny Gilliam had died, only 24 years old. Not saying I'm a psychic at all but it is pretty weird. Needless to say, I follow my gut feelings these days. And God does give us warnings. Most of us are too ignorant to realize it.

Some of those stories about seeing the other side before we die are very comforting. I belive God gives his children a peace before they pass on also.

I didn't Pay attention to the dreams I had the week my son died, He was 16 I had a dream i wrecked my car and I had a dream someone I knew was having a baby,correct me if I'm wrong but I have always heard that if you dream of a birth there is going to be a death? Thank you for the insight,I think Zach is up there watching out for me and all his family.

My friend died for 12 minutes and the angels took her hand and showed her the books in heavan (can't remember the correct name) and they showed her her book. They gave her a purpose and she returned to earth to fulfill her duty. She has written a book with a friend of hers. She talks to her angels and other peoples guardian angels on a daily basis.

This is real! This isn't made up! She has since started singing on stage and has a beautiful voice. She's in Alabama.
So noone should fear death. Stay strong in your faith. You're never alone.

I'm sure Zach is watching over you. Anytime you need to talk to him, just talk. He will send you little signs of his presence. He wants you to smile, not cry. He wants you to know that he is ok and has family with him.(possibly a dog also) He wants you to know that when you walk outside by your driveway, he saw you drop your keys.(hope this vision helps you in some way)

I may get way out of line here but the bible says in heaven no tears, heartache, sadness no farewells. So the people that go on before us I don't think they can look down on us. This world is full of sadness heartache etc.I have children (grown) doing things that I hope my Mom and Dad don't look down and see they would be heart broke all the time.

I believe those who have gone on do look down on us. Yes, the world is full of sadness, but those who have gone on are able to see the big picture and know that we have to go through all we go through to join them one day. I believe there are tears in heaven and that God even sheds some tears when we screw up, and probably cries and laughs with us when we admit we screw up or when we do good things. In fact, I am thankful that there are those who are gone that are looking out for my family and friends. It sure takes a load off me! Your parents are probably concerned about you and your worrying about what they think, and they are wanting you to just trust that everything is as it should be. Nothing happens in God's world by mistake.

God only knows what awaits us, and what we will be and go thru before we leave this old world.

I love to hear stories like this. Thank you so much for sharing it with all of us. I have in my mind, as I leave this place, I will see angels around me to escort me to the Lord. Oh, what a Glorious day that will be, when my Savior I will see.
