I have been going to Smart Style for 4 years now.. I walked into to find out that my stylist for 4 years had been wrongly fired i just want the public and company to now they lost good help and talented workers... IF the company thinks i will sit in a chair of an unknown stylist they have got another thing coming.. HEY SMART STYLE I WONT BE BACK... 1 CUSTOMER GONE 500 MORE WILL GO ... THATS A PROMISE....

I have heard the sad new of the stylists being dismissed. There are alot of employees of Walmart that patronize this salon. It is a fact that once the word is out, we will be looking for another salon. I was never unhappy with any haircut I was given at Smart Style. It will be hard to find another stylist i trust at this company.

I am very upset that my stylist April was fired over bs. She was there all the time and worked hard. My family and I will not be back. Smartstyle really messed up. Where else could you go and get an awesome haircut for under 20 bucks? Their district manager's name is Kaye Ball, should hear from all of April's regular clients. Who else is going to do my eyebrows?

There are a lot of turn over in that business as it is. To be wrongfully fired is so stupid on the company's part. Does anyone know who these people are that got fired? I am worried that one of them was my stylist.

Kaye Ball is a very mean lady! I am not surprised. Anyone know what happened? Why were they let go?

They were fired out in public in Subway, very unprofessional. People show call and write the company and complain.

Donna is a good stylist also and does a wonderful job on eyebrows but dont go to anyone ther but one of them unless you want to get messed up....I was there one time when kay was there and she was very rude to customers and talked to the stylist awful she should have her job taken from her |

Dont think for one minute that the public will be happy about this case.. Smart Style will loose a shitload of customers. I hope the company goes belly up!!!!

they were not clocking in all the time to try to stay in their commission hours cuz the more hours you are clocked and the amount of money you make dictates how much percent you get. they were still giving the money to the company like they should, they were just clocking a few less hours to make ends meet
