Royston of Rogersville

After 2 trips and $600 spent @ Royston, I finally took my car elsewhere. Had it fixed there for less than $200. I have found me a new mechanic in ROGERSVILLE!

They suck they need to be shut down!!

well mr royston, you may not snort pills (questionable) but i can attest to the fact that you saction behavior from your staf that is at the very least less than honorable and in my opinion is frraudulent. i spoke to you about this on the phone so it is first hand information.

royston is the best place that i have ever been employed. all of my customers leave happy and come back to see me very often. i would like a chance to show everyone that things are alot different here than what these people are writing. we sell cars to people everyday that are happy that they stopped here and got to meet everyone in the royston family. the royston group ad myself always does clean honest business. i came here from a crooked dealership (gateway ford) so i know what they are like and this is not one of them. if you giveme a chance i promise i will treat you with courtesy and not sell you a car, but help you buy one

It seems to me that is is less than good clean business to promote (in the bible belt) by saying we honor christ yada yada. He doesn't need a car. Did he win a scratch off game or something? I know for sure that there are employees and the owner (chad) that do use pills. Chad will sit there and argue and say he "doesn't snort pills..we honor christ" and he's partially right folks, he doesn't snort them, he buys them off the street and then eats them. DUH this is common knowledge folks. Hell thats more reason you should buy a car there; maybe you will find one in there.
One more thing: if this isn't true, why are so many different people saying it?? If it's not true, then why do you need to get on here and TRY to defend yourself? Your sales department is ok, your service department is a rip-off. I know this first hand. I don't know you personally but I do know that I spent $800 in your service department and left with the same problem, then another shop fixed it for less that $100.

Really!! Telling that other person he bets they never had a real job..? How would he have any knowledge about "Jeff's" life? He is e-bullying, he did just get hired not very long ago, and doing that on a public site makes that company look a lot worse, not him more loyal. It does make him look loyal in the sense that if Chad told him to suck his dick, he would be on his knees in two seconds flat. I'm glad I'm not the only person that thought it was odd for "a company man" to say such things in response to what is most likely a highschool-aged kid.

I just started a new job salaried at $53,600/year. Thus, I make enough to buy a car there, and I have good credit as well. Will I after seeing your "loyalty?" Not a chance in hell; I won't even stop there to look.

After the dealership switched over to Royston I quit using the service dept BC they were so effing rude but when a family member needed a good used car I went there BC I knew Cj and John still worked there. I had always had honest no bs when buying cars in the past. Well..some how we were turned over to a blond guy( Paul I think) even kno i wanted cj or john. My nephew had good credit made good money and was guaranteed for up to 30,000 dollar loan. But he was in the process of getting his license BC he had an appt at the DMV the following week. Blond guy told him that it was a waste of his time talking cars until he had his licence. Told us to come back after he got it! He acted pretty full of himself for a guy on commission. So we went to Kia that same day in Kp and they couldn't have been nicer. Had us in a BRAND NEW car the next day. Royston lost a 25,000 sale and any future purchases from my family.
