I don't know if this is gonna happen for sure, but it looks like Dan has pulled some strings here. Looks like Jenn will use the veto and the plan is to backdoor Britney now. A new alliance, Dan and Frank, hm, what do you think about that?

Tragedy struck our happy habitat once again as Danielle discovered a rash on her neck.. she proclaimed it to be shingles, a highly painful malady, and just the thing to further upset the harmony we've grown to love and expect from our hamsters.. she had a highly stressful and emotional day yesterday - maybe it's hives

The plan happened as planned: Ian did not use his veto and Jenn did, on Dan.. Britney was nominated in her place, and Ian was the most upset about it all when the feeds returned at approx 12.35pm.. if you're lost, I recommend you click the "previous Hamsterwatch episode" link above to catch up now, or you never will



Another blindside
Britney was relatively calm at first but built from sad commiserating with Danielle (who kept repeating she had no idea that was coming) to confronting Dan (who also feigned innocence and shock), to confronting Frank, to full out tears, with Shane comforting her.. Frank and Ian were going at it in HOH when the feeds returned, and they picked it up again later downstairs at approx 12.58pm

Ian cracked open a beer and another, and the two of them went at it loud enough that I could (finally) add a second major fight to the tally.. in the midst of it, Frank caught himself in a mirror, smiled, and said "I got this fuckin carrot costume and I'm sitting here having this toe to toe"

They gradually calmed down, like they do.. Frank bartered a shirt for some of Shane's stashed beers, and Ian & Frank finally did their long-planned day drinking, albeit maybe not the way they'd planned

Dan donned Memphis Bob's hat again to fall back into the nice, innocent, and loyal guy role again.. Danielle's rash/hives/shingles/flesh-eati ng bacteria continued to escalate, and Britney caught on to what had unfolded while she wasn't looking.. Joe said he'll stick with Shane, and Shane told Joe he'll do what he wants - Shane's now stuck between a great big rock and a very hard place

If you guys live in Hawkins County Tennessee and watch Big Brother on channel 11 (WJHL) you will not be able to see it on that channel because of the football game. BUT if you can get channel 3,(WVLT) you can watch it! I just thought I would let you know.

Britney was evicted. Then the endurance competition began. Ian won it. My predictions is that he will put up Frank and Dan. I don't know though. We will find out later today!

Oh yeah! The bad news is that since Joe was the first one out of the HOH competition, he has to hula hoop every time music plays for the next 24 hours! Now, won't that be a sight to see! Can't wait!

Frank and Jenn are on the block! I wonder if there is a backdoor in mind? HM?

Dan won veto! I hope he keeps the nominations the same so Frank can go home!

Well Dan used the veto on Jenn, Ian put up Joe in her place. They are all wanting to evict Frank, as of now. But anything can happen between now and Thursday!

Ian won HOH again! Wow! I bet he will put Dan and Jenn up! I'll let you all know tonight.

Ian won HOH! He put up Shane and Jenn, she is the target! But I sure do wish that Dan was.

Shane won veto! Now I hope Dan goes up!

Ian is a complete moron! Shane saved himself, of course, and then Ian put up Danielle on the block! Jenn is still the target but it could have so easily been Dan to leave! Dad burn it! WHAT A MORON!

Jenn is voted out tonight! Danielle is the new HOH! Final 4 are Dan, Danielle, Ian and Shane!

OK! Danielle put up Dan and Ian! YES! She also won the power of veto! So I think the nominations will stay the same! I so hope Shane evicts Dan!

Oh my gosh! They are actually talking that Ian is the target! Don't they realize that they have been played! Dan is gonna win this entire game! What is wrong with these people!?

she is taking Dan off the block and putting Shane up. I think Shane might be going home.

This gives us the setup for a potentially awesome endurance comp after the show, since Dan, Danielle and Ian are all proven hardcore endurancers.. remember Dick versus Zach hanging onto their keys for 7½ hours in the rain? I doubt it'll be that good or go for that long, but it might - deals won't be cut so easily after all this goes down.. here's hoping anyway

Dan wins the first of 3 competitions. He advances to the 3rd one.
