Well he made a mistake. I don't know about you but I've made plenty. Not quite as bad as his but none the less...let's not start the bashing on here. He has 2 beautiful kids that love him very much and he is a good dad from what I can see. Just remember you may be in a bad situation someday and reading your name all over topix doesn't feel too good. He'll pay for his mistakes most likely in prison.

That's hat I told the sheriff. Who hasn't held up a bank at gunpoint and accidentally shot a teller (finger slipped, I was nervous). Why all the judging. That proves christians are hypocrites, you all ain't allowed to judge me, you hear? The system is corrupt I tell you. How dare they charge my good friend Glen Courtney just because he made a little mistake like anyone does from time to time.

Here's some more info for you all.

http://www.timesnews.net/article/9049614/king...
A Kingsport business owner has been arrested for allegedly pocketing customers' payments on utility terrain vehicles, rather than passing money along to the manufacturer, prompting repossession of their UTVs.

Police learned of the incidents after one owner's vehicle was undergoing repairs at the suspect's business, Extreme Power Sports, and the manufacturer repossessed their UTV — along with the rest of the dealer's stock. Detectives say a preliminary investigation has identified approximately 10 additional incidents of the manufacturer not being compensated for vehicles sold.

Glen Allen Courtney Jr., 34, of 695 Westhills Drive, Rogersville, was arrested Tuesday by Kingsport police. He currently faces one count of felony theft of more than $10,000, with KPD Det. Martin Taylor says additional charges will be coming.

A mistake is an accident that could have been avoided. The common remedy for a mistake is to say oops and fix the problem. What he did was premeditated theft and the remedy should be restitution and jail time. Yes you can call him a thief and be accurate that is not "bashing".
