Well, I'm involved in a case with them right now. In the beginning, their ok. Then, they don't answer your calls, won't call you back, tell you this & that..never happens, blah, blah, blah.

Tell you that the child is in your custody, then they take him out of your custody only to put him back into your custody an hour later.

I think their full of hot air if you ask me. And yes, I am entitled to my opinion.

They need to straighten up & get their head out of their a$$...it's innocent children that their "supposed" to be protecting. Back that mouth up with some action!!!!

From what I've seen, personally, you practically have to seriously injure a child , mutiple broken bones, missing limbs, or death for them to take that child and place it with someone that loves it. They usually always place it back with the sorry parent. It seems like someone would remember the Scotty Trexler case ! Even if the child is begging not to go back to the abusive parent, they send it anyway. You should be able to sue them when the child comes up hurt or dead !!!!!!!!!

they are quick to critize people that are trying to help children that have been in the foster system.they dont do what is in the best interest of the children, especially when they need help.

They lost 75 million in federal funds and a bunch of jobs are being cut. Maybe they'll get rid of the dead weight and keep the ones willing to put their heart and sole into their jobs. We should start seeing a change in August.

What is funny, is the agencies that put these kids into homes e.g. Camalot, etc, is that if the custodial parent gets 750.00 a month the agency gets twice that. For what though, keeping records? The agency is not the one that has to put up with the horrors through the day and night due to the trauma these children have been put through. With the loss of Fed. Funding I don't think it's going to get better.

Oohhh, I know what you mean now!

I know someone just like this!!! The husband is mean as h3ll to one of the kids that they adopted & when threatened to be turned in to DCS, they said, "Go ahead, they won't do anything about it."

So yeah, a lot of times..it's a joke. It's sad for the little kids that have to suffer.

I'm still dealing with DCS..if I didn't call or go over there, they would never contact me about anything. I've learned how they are, so I try to push & do all that I can to get things done.

Which having a good lawyer helps a lot too!

If you had a good lawyer you wouldn't be the one calling or going over there.
