Does anyone know what the gun laws in Richmond are? Can someone get a permit to carry? Are there any major bans?
Dear Vendetta,

Chicago is Paradise compared to Richmond CA; Yes I do know! Gun Laws? Fitty Dolla' will get you most anything you want. No need for laws in Richmond; they are ignored....

A generation ago Richmond was still a rough town (maybe rougher) and things like this never happened. The perpatrators wouldn't have dared, they knew had they done something like this they would have been found found castrated and bled out with the offending member(s) in their mouth(s) where the offense occurred.

The cops would have been the ones who "wouldn't have seen anything" and the city for all it's problems wouldn't have the gang rape of young girls to worry about for a very long time. Those days are over enless or until crime, all crime from grafitti to burglary - and worse is delt with in the severest possible way.

Who cares. Carry anyway - let them try to convict a law abiding citizen for exercizing his constitutional right. Would you as a jury member vote to convict? Unlawful laws are the worst kind of illegality.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. In Boston, no crowd would have shied away from bringing the pain on some degenerate sex offenders. The irish and italian mobs would see to that.

Did you really expect that any of the parents would help. If they really cared about their kids, do you think they would live in Richmond?
Is it a crime to be poor. Crime is everywhere, should they move to Pleasant Hill where White grown men are trying to kidnapp children or Antioch where a child was held for 18 years without the neighboring knowing. Don't be so judgemental or critical, crime happens in middle-calls affluent neighborhood too, don't get it twisted.

Still doesn't explain why ALL security was inside the ENTIRE time. Would you have recommended a parent to try to break this up or a security officer HIRED for this?

Security officers stay at the post they are told to stay at. If they were inside all night, then that is what they were instructed to do. Any variation from post orders means a loss of a job. As I understand it, the incident didn't happen at the school, but at a nearby lot.

Then i would fire the company. the two white girls interviewed said they looked out the doors and saw the gang of people gathered along with school officials and they all did NOTHING. I work in security. People are posted outside and inside to keep guests safe from people who don't belong on the premises. these older boys didn't belong there but no one questioned them due to political correctness. If the head of this company posted all security INSIDE the entire company needs to be fired. I remember being in HS. the drinking at a school dance occurs OUTSIDE not INSIDE. But thank God i grew up in times that young men didn't act like this at my school. If a girl got drunk one might have taken advantage but not an entire gang

Agreed - the company obviously doesn't know how to secure a site.
