attempted MURDER released with a promise to appear in court. THIS KIND OF RULING IS LIKE SAYING 'MURDER IS JUST A MINOR OFFENCE!!!! HOW CAN THE POLICE DO THIER JOBS IF OFFENDER ARE JUST LET GO WITH A PROMISE TO COME BACK. MURDER OR ATTEMPED SHOULD HAVE NO BAIL

I agree with you . I do not undrstand this at all. it is like saying so what if you kill someone . In the meantime other violation not as bad as muder do not get relase and come back. The police do have a tough job.
Maybe that is why? So many arrests for things such as dwi, drugs ,speeding which is also not good gets to have to pay fines and or go to jail. Believe me I do not think any of this is good. But why such harsh punishme on these and not on muder
