The circulated talk is that Judge Thomas G. Foster sexually harassed a deputy clerk in Watauga County Courthouse, Boone, NC, by shoving ice cubes down inside her blouse. Is this true or not? The publicity is that after he was exposed for that corrupt act he quietly resigned from the bench and is no longer a judge, not even a "special handling" judge like the wandering minstrels dispatched for Stalinist show trials, Fritz Mercer and Sam Cathey.
