Absolutely. But you're spring loaded with negative. There's no reason to believe the new crowd is criminals. Maybe the police chief is studying traffic patterns so Julia Roberts can have dinner at Mill on the River after the shoot.

Good point. Perhaps the police chief was there to keep Prague and Galligan from killing each other. Have you seen them on tv go at it. Did you hear Prague's humiliating puns at Galligan's award dinner.

Why was the fire marshal on the trip? We thought he was overworked doing local stuff. Appears he has lots of free time to travel.

Maybe the police chief was there to mediate as well, nothing wrong with multi-tasking. I hear the Fire Marshall is less stressed after Kathy Hale gave away $1.8M of taxpayers money for the land for his firehouse.

I see the Four Stodges went on the trip - Galligan, Prague, Pelkey and Hail.

These 4 are as dumb as a sack of patatoes if they think this will come to South Windsor.

Stop looking to God to save the day this budget year.

Start cutting at Town Hall, we cant afford you guys anymore

The first thing that comes to mind when reading this story is that I am glad i live on the other side of town. The drive down rt 5 or Ellington rd is awful at almost any time of the day. And to those of you who think that this will lower taxes, they said the same thing when evergreen was built but my family has not received any kind of a break from that, just the appraisal numbers going up on the home erratically each year. Its all a waste though that land which i presume is the old drive in theater will never amount to anything in this economy.

Please - if you have historic houses in your way, please move them rather than demolish them.

I have been in Film and Television since 1976. I remember when Vancouver B.C. only had CBC at the time at least until 1980 when First Blood was Filmed there. I worked on First Blood as a Stunt Performer. Vancouver never even had a Production Office let alone Televector or EP Canada. Vancouver took a huge chance when the Industry was very ifie, but now they thrive with not only Production Office's but huge Film Studio's. Vancouver Film Studio's The Bridge Studios, Lions Gate Studio`s. I can keep on going with over 50 Film Studio`s in Vancouver but that would just be boring to read. I think that you have the basic aspect of my concept. Vancouver Only had the Bridge Studio and it wasn`t a real studio even when Peter Strauss made his Feature Film `Spacehunter` in 1982-83. Please get a Studio built and it will fill so fast your heads will spin. This has been my life for over 30 years, I will retire in the next 12 years, but I would love to help get this thing started in Windsor.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Leo

The atmosphere is highly combustible today, with people getting in a stew over the smallest little thing. You will also have a tendency to get hot under the collar, especially if someone isn't doing things as quickly as you'd like. Try to stop yourself getting in a rage because once that happens it will be difficult to cool down again. Maybe you need some fresh air?
