be careful letting your children around sex offenders. These days people only get a slap on a wrist. My brother in law lives in Chrisney and raped his own daughter for years and years and only got a 7 year sentance for rape and was released after a year and half and they gave him credit for 3. As long as he follows his parole he wont have to serve the other 4 years. but hes already failed a drug test and isnt going to his court required councleing, living with a woman with 2 small grandchildren and teenagers living at home. It disgusts me that he hasnt been arrested for breaking these rules . I don't know what people have to do in spencer county to serve time when they break the law. Keep your children safe and make sure you visit the indiana sex offender registery.

Do You know if his parole officer knows he is in the home with children? Surely something can be done about that, how stupid for a mother or grandmother to allow their children around people like that.
