Is Obama really muslim or is that false accusations

He is Christian. The chuch that he attends to more of a social gathering than a tradional church. It appears to be filled with bitter hate filled people. That Paston Wright fellow appears to be a nut case.

He wants to sit down and talk with radical islamist because he thinks he can negotiate with them. This shows that he has no business commanding our troops.

i agree that he has no business commanding our troops. i've heard that he is christian and then i have heard that he is muslim. i want mccain to get into office but i am afraid that if he doesn't get in, it will be because of his age and his medical history

Age and health? The man has lived through more hell in one lifetime than Obama and Biden will in 5 lifetimes. He picked a good running mate so I think he will be fine. He actually has substance in his speaches....not a lot of hope and changes with no idea what he is going to do. McCain wants us to balance a budget with the tax money that is coming in and Obama wants to put more tax on middle class and wealthy families who already pay the lions share of taxes. Sometimes people are poor for more reasons than a crappy salary and taking more money from people who can maintain a budget, work hard and save and give to people who continually make bad choices is stupid.
Besides the guy doesn't know what he believes about when life begins....it is above his pay grade.

I keep wondering why Obama is billed as an African American. He is just as much caucasion as black. If he's ashamed of his white genes, then why would whites want to vote for him.

It is the one drop theory. Ask around. It may be white guilt or the fact they think the govt should give handouts to people. Perhaps they are pro-abortion. They may be throwback 60's hippies that want to our generation to pull out of a war before a complete victory so our troops can return with honor. They may want hate money and want to pay more taxes. Who knows, they may want to continue to pay $4 and $5 dollars a gallon for gas while we experiment with everything under the sun and China, Russia, Iran and India continue to consume like there is no tomorrow.

They may want to learn Arabic and convert to Islam. Because the minute we stop fighting them over there, we will have to start fighting them over here. The list goes on and on. Obama and Biden are the worst thing that can happen to this country regardless of what race he claims to be

Why in the world did McCain get a woman as his VP candidate? I think that may hurt him in the long run. Too many Americans are not ready for a woman in our administration. Otherwise, Hillary would be the demo. nominee.

I think she is a darn good pick. She is about small Government, low taxes, second amendment rights, no government waste. She fights corruptions ie Ted Stevens of AK who was a republican. She is pretty, Christian, mother of five, one with down Syndrome so she knows a thing or two about not aborting babies. What more could we ask for in a VP? Testicles? Come on.

Americans were not ready to put another Clinton in office....that is what that was all about.

It will never hurt him as much as Obama not picking Hillary as his running mate. He basically said "screw you" to 18 million democratic voters.....now, when you look at it like that...Obama is the one that will be hurting

I would vote for her if I lived in Alaska, but I think people who are undecided in the presidential race will go for Obama rather than a ticket with a female VP. Hopefully, you are correct in that Obama screwed all Hillary's supporters, and maybe they will feel snubbed enough to vote for McCain.

I agree that he's ashamed of his white heritage. He's also ashamed of the Rev. Wright, but I think that's only because of the publicity that Wright received. If he had not received the publicity, Obama would still be in his church and saying AMEN BROTHER to everything Wright spouted out.

To date, you are the only person that I have heard say that someone would vote for Obama over McCain because he chose a female VP.

I have heard people say that they would no longer vote for Obama because he sold out the motto of change and hope when he picked a 35 year Washington insider like Biden. Biden has been in Washington longer than McCain and has never produced one meaningful piece of legislation. Neither has Obama. He is a one term Sen and started running for President they date he arrived in Washington.

The Obama/Biden ticket is a economic death blow to the United States not to mention neither one of them have the guts to confront our enemies.

For example, Obama wants to negotiate with Russian who just invaded a FREE/DEMOCRATIC (I put that in there so anti-war libs don't try to draw equivelency between that and Iraq) and the told the west to get screwed. Obama doesn't want to confront Iran who is trying to destabilize the middle east even further.

If you line up the pros and cons of each candidate, then it will be easy to see that McCain and Palin are the only choice for the U.S.

I agree that McCain/Palin have more pros than cons, but I believe that many feel that America is not ready for a female or black (actually, bi-racial) in the executive branch. I think that many will not vote at all because there is no "lesser of 2 evils", in their minds. I personally don't agree with this concept; I plan to vote for McCain/Palin.

Obama said in his book "Audacity of Hope", "I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction".....what better place for the Muslim terrorists to control our country, than in the office of the President of USA?

Obama wants to talk to Russia about invading Georgia as if there is some moral equivelance to our invasion of Iraq or Afghanistan. We along with our allies should put any and all pressure available to secure democracy! If Russia goes unchecked there will be another Cold War. FACT!!

Obama want to have the Government take over health care. The reason the U.S. has the best healthcare in the world is because it is private and competitive. The Govt NEVER does anything more efficient that private industry.... It never has and a good example is the bankrupt social security. FACT!!

neither is sincere. Our government is nothing but an organization to make businesses richer at the expense of the poor. America is a dirty country which preys on the poor. Our government seems to want to get rid of the poor but not realizing with the poor they would be no where. America wants to be filled with rich people and nothing more.
