Orlando lawyer disbarred for ethics infractions

And the state does nothing about the doctors who should not be practicing medicine.

Liars have gotten away with more stuff than any other profession on the planet. It is really too bad that they are not put in prison. I am sure that someone would greet them with open arms. It is amazing that cops and liars always get to walk away from what ever they get caught at.

Ethics? Why in Osceola County can a dominant female attorney bring court cases in front of a female judge and own real estate, investment properties together? Why is it attorneys cannot be held accountable for there actions, example mal practice insurance instead of being disbarred? Best interest of there clients, no way. They have their best interest, pay up front. They play there dirty divorce tricks to keep bringing in the 200 hundred dollars an hour and when its said and done, the other party has been legally ,financially and emotionally raped. Enough said!

You need to go back and read your Shakespeare again. The quote from Henry VI, was not a dig at lawyers. Dick the Butcher, who made this statement, was part of a plot to overthrow the existing government. The statement "first, let's kill all the lawyers" was made in the context of eliminating those who might stand in the way of the contemplated revolution -- thus underscoring the important role that lawyers play in keeping justice and order.
