Not positive on which forum it was mentioned--BUT, the breeders name was Carlos. He was from Cocoa.

Originally, this new petition had pictures of Ella dead in her crate; they have been removed but you can just imagine how heartbreaking they are...SO along with signing the petition, it is IMPERATIVE for you to PLEASE email/write the State Atty's Office/Judge (addressess are posted on petition site)!! For, as horrendous as Ella's pictures were, I wish you could've seen them - your blood would've boiled in righteous anger, for sure.....

This disgusting human being should be locked in a cell for 2 months without food or water, with good-smelling, mouth-watering food just on the other side of the bars but out of her reach, to show her what her poor dog went through. I hope she never has children or is allowed to own another pet! And Chris, you are one sick puppy!

Now they're trying to get the case thrown out because the police officers didn't have a warrant to search the premises.......why in the world would they need a warrant when there was no one at the house to serve it on? Sounds to me like Judge
Kelly Jo McKibben is just looking for an excuse to let Abrams off - maybe we should put the Judge in the same crate as Abrams without food and water and let them both starve slowly to death.

The motion was filed by the defense atty so it wouldnt be the judge, shelly , but the defender. Although because there was just cause to enter the premises (a dead animal, and an absent owner with possibilities of injury to owner) I doubt seriously they will be able to win that motion.

This is a stall tactic, and im sure there will be more before the case is actually over with. There isnt any real way to win this case. The punishments arent harsh enough for animal cruelty, and nothing can be done to bring ella back.

I hope this woman gets the maximum sentence and is placed in a jail cell with people who love dogs. she should be crated and left to lie in her own waste, thirsty and hungry and totally alone..that is her justice. That poor dog waited and waited for her to come back...grrrrrrrrrrr

Damn right she should be punished!!!!! Wasting a good meal like that, Ella could've fed 50 Chinese a great meal.
