Capt Bill Gatchell is very shady. He let us invest almost $8,ooo of our money traveling and measuring tonnage of a boat last week. He assured us the boat was ours even making arrangments to deliver the boat to the states. He has not returned our calls and we believe he has sold the boat to another using the information we learned about the boat.
Where can i report his unprofessional behavior?
