Trick or Treat was once again boring. I can't believe that the city has Trick or Treat when it is still light out, not to mention that it wasn't held on actual Halloween when it fell on a weekend!!! Where is the spookiness in that?. Where is the spirit?.. I realize that some children might trick, but isn't that the reason to make sure you give out candy?.. Is our beloved police force so over worked that they can't handle a 2 hour night time activity?.(They seem to be able to swarm all over at the picnics throughout the year.) Come on, doesn't this bother anyone else?..
