My husband and I purchased our Land Rover from them over a month ago, and we have yet to receive the second key, the owner's manual, the mats for the floors, the missing button covers we were promised and the 6 disk cd changer magazine cartridge. They refuse to call us back, my husband has showed up there on his lunch and they were closed, and we are seriously contemplating calling the police in order to get our things.
When we purchased the vehicle, the transmission was shot, so they sent it to be fixed, which took over a month for them to get things in order. It was so ridiculous; a two year old could manage the place better. Finally, I had to go and pick the vehicle up from the garage where it had been fixed, but it had not been delivered to us. That was 3 weeks ago. My husband and I have been trying to get any of the guys over there on the phone so that we can pick up the rest of OUR belongings.
A little too late, My husband contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out that they had 10 complaints made against them in the past 36 months, not including ours. I wish we would have checked there first, but we thought we were doing a good thing, buying from a local dealership that was not owned by a conglomerate.
DO NOT purchase anything from this place, or you will be as sorry as we are!
