I'm guessing the smooth and refreshing alcohol was involved. The article doesn't say it was but more often that not these types of incidents involve people under the influence of alcohol.

It's considered less than murder because it was intentional. If he had killed the guy it would be 2nd degree murder. 1st degree murder is intentional. Talk about crazy...and they were fighting over a pack of cigarettes for crying out loud! |

Perhaps they can create laws limiting those in mobile homes to: No more than 2 broken down vehicles per 1/2 acre, random piles of junk need to be less than 10' x 10' x 10', children on the premesis must be clothed in something more than a dingy diaper... those are my big 3 law requests. Any other ideas for laws for mobile homes in ionia county? Lord know they are everywhere out there.... |
