In case anyone wasn't at the actual final costume contest at the end of the night for Franchesco's, the entire thing was rigged. The way it worked was you got picked to be in the final 10 and brought up by the stage, after everyone was brought up they used what they claimed was a "decibel meter" from radioshack to measure crowd applause. An extremely creepy clown won the contest and was by far the best overall costume there, had the crowd raging, and had a score of 100. They brought up some gay robot/samurai warrior at the end, who noone cheered for, and all of a sudden put a 103 up on the board for him so that he won. I think it's disgusting that a place such as this advertises a costume contest for $1,000 and rigs it so that an acquaintance or a friend wins it so they don't have to pay out. The clown won fair and square. That is the last time I EVER set foot in Franchesco's for anything at all. All anyone talked about the rest of the night was that they cheered for the clown and how stupid it was to literally watch a blatantly rigged costume contest. Benny Franchesco=Dirty snake. If anyone was there comment as well.
