Well they say they are busy, but come on, once the error was found the 1st time how long does it take to fix it ? And what about the file transfered in error, if the Problem Fixer isnt looking at that how did it get corrected or may it hasnt ?
I think I'd find a new hair removal place if I were any of their clients. Hait today,(they) gone tomorrow seems to be how they work |

Who would put up with 8 months of runaround? This person is very meek. Had she threatened lawsuits and calls to the attorney general (NOT the BBB) after a month or so, that refund would have arrived much sooner. Lesson learned: don't prepay way in advance. Once someone has your money already they don't have to work very hard for you.

Charles, because she's a teacher means that she can't take care of herself as she chooses? Waxing is not a sexual thing; it's simple upkeep. Why does it bother you that she's lasering or waxing rather than shaving or even going au naturel? Your implication that it's improper for a teacher to choose waxing for hair removal is really off-base.

That's what you get when you deal with a bunch of beauty school drop outs. The people there are shallow and have no business sense....just move 'em in and move 'em out with little regard for clients! The laser treatment is doesn't work anyway....like snake oil treatments!

The manager claims that location is their busiest office, and the customer's experience supports that - she can't get an appointment. So why is this company still taking on new customers? Are they a subsidiary of Bally's Total Fitness, or just borrowing their business model?

It takes a lot of guts---or a LOT of frustration to go public with something like that! Poor woman really got the runaround. What a bunch of total imcompetents!!

I'm not that impressed with this company. They're pretty imcompetent, yes, but calling someone a liar is less than professional. Not a great way to run a business.

I can't blame this lady for wondering if this company knows what it is doing and VERY concerned for them to point a laser at her for a delicate procedure ...no matter where or what area of her body it was for!!!!

This is obviously not a well run company. There were many mistakes made with no "checks and balances" to get them fixed without a lot of hassle on the customer's part. I'd find a different hair removal company.

So let's see,
1) You transfer her file to Rockford. 2) Then, you cannot find her in the system for 8 months. 3)Then you tell her you will refund her money, but cannot prove she is a customer becuase she does not have a file. 4) Then you transpose 2 numbers in her credit card so the refund is delayed yet again. And people wonder why there are so many lawsuits these days. What did they care, they already had her money. |

Yikes all the way around. Incompetent company AND: this is a teacher who, now that she finally has her money back, doesn't have the decency to return the problem solver's calls and say "thnk you SO much!" No class at all, and that's not something either wax or a laser will solve. Sheesh!
