If it was consensual sex then it is not RAPE..All these judges and senators need to rethink what they are enacting into law, and about sending people to prison for rape...I know what rape is and it is not consenual sex..Maybe we people of the United States need to make them enact a new law...EVERYONE in the United States has to be charged with rape if they ever had sex with anyone under the age of 18..going back until 1960...QUESS what every judge, lawyer, senator, and congressman would be a sex offender...WOULDN'T that be fair I think so lets all enact a law and let's see how all these judges and etc. like going to jail and being a sex offender...Sex with anyone under the age of 15 should be illegal,but calling them sex offenders is downright ludacris!!! STUPID LAWS MADE BY STUPID PEOPLE!!!
