Former Hammondsport Fire Chief and Village Assessor, Arthur A. Chapman passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at his home in Zephyrhills, Fl. Art was well known in the Hammondsport community. He leaves his wife Darlene, four adult children and six grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister in Spencerport NY.
