Had evidence actually been collected, as it certainly should have been, perhaps no charges would have even been filed. Here is a link to more of the story.

"Just hours after the shooting, Huggett told Detective Tracy Finch about the voice message from Peach, describing him as "screaming like a 4-year-old" in a very threatening tone. Huggett said Peach said he was "going to send me to the hospital in pieces."

In Babbitt's ruling, he noted that Huggett even suggested to the detective that she listen to the message.

"It is difficult to understand why, at that point, she did not ask for consent or hand him the phone and have him retrieve the message at that time," the judge said. "Finch's interview of Huggett was being recorded and the crucial evidence would have been preserved."

OK, lets elect more politicians that give all the rights to the criminals that breaks in to our homes & put our family in danger. Oh, and lets not forget to give STALKERS some more rights too!

Are you kidding me?
This “Peach” guy was a breaking & entering lunatic stalker intruder!

“Huggett” deserves a METAL for ridding society of this out of control maniac!

The only mistake I can see was Huggett trying to revive peach!

I feel bad for Huggett, he probably feels bad for being FORCED to shoot a crazy violent stalking intruder.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Leo

You're really on the ball today so there's no danger of anyone tricking you or fobbing you off with lame excuses. If you suspect that a loved one is hiding something from you, you'll want to question them in a lot of detail. That's all very well but try not to turn it into the third degree, nor to make them feel hounded or bullied by your desire to know what's going on.
