Operating without Owner's Consent, Driving License Suspended, Grand Larceny

Full story: Vermont State Police Department of Public Safety

A Ford F150 was stolen during the early morning hours from the Beggs residence. A short time later the vehicle was located in Rochester and it had been totalled by overturning in a ditch.

I know this tool, yes he's a tool. He's about as smart as a box of rocks, the rocks might even have the edge on him.
