Blacks kids UNSUPERVISED AT 1AM. No Smoke detectors. Drugs in use with an open flame. Why am I not surprised. The city at its best. Keeping MCC downtown will not make blacks more responsible, smarter or care about their kids. Putting encyclopedias on city sidewalks and at bus stops will serve the same purpose to educate blacks. That is my family u, are talking about.......my sister was home and she does not do drugs thank you very, much........dont you ppl think we are suffering enough with the facter we lost 4 ppl in that - fire that was important to us.

Homes don't have sprinkler systems, but smoke detectors are the law and its the responsibility of the white landlord who owns this house and many others in the city.
