I'm back, still have not collected one cent on my Monroe County judgment, file # 07/4240, control # 07/05290763, May 29 2007. This was a judgment passed on a Lemon Law decision on Aug 24 2006. The total judgment was for $33,713.59. Unfortately, if the debtor decides to ignore the judgment, then the creditor (me) has to pursue other methods in order to collect. In other words, work extra hard in order to receive justice. Be careful when doing business with Tony Cenzi of CC Cycles, aka Cenzi Custom Cycles.
PS. Merriam-Webster dictionary defines "deadbeat" = one who persistently fails to pay personal debts or expenses....I think that fits here.

When will Tony Cenzi be a responsible business man and either pay on this judgment or do his best to settle like a man?, but just ignoring this judgment is really chicken shit, damaging to his credit and reputation, if I don't hear soon from him I will create a documentary video and put a copy on YouTube to start.

Raiders get yourself a PI or order the court to do an investigational supoena to find where his bank is. Once you find his bank you can seize the money. There are ways to skin this dude. You just have to know where to look and hope he didn't put everything in his wifes name.

Did this already, it cost me big, he either moved out all his money into someone else's name, or dug some holes in his back yard, I (my investigators) can't find any liquid assets, he now has a business partner, he is NOT the money behind his operation now, looks like he prepared himself for such an occurrence. He's a bad, bad man, and what goes around comes around.

I dont know what happened to you but I think Tony Cenzi is one of the fairest people I have ever delt with or met. And if you want to build a totally custom bike you have to expect shit to go wrong, We call them BUGS, you work them out and ride. If you dont have the money to pay for the bike, or the knowledge to fix them, then lean on the lemon law. My bike that I got from Cenzi, had stupid shit go wrong, I fixed it or Tony's shop fixed it, with out a glitch. So you cant bad mouth them guy's to me...... Stop cryin!!!!!!!!!!

NY State lemon law on a new cycle, case M-35383, the exact problem is yet to be known, the builder could not replicate the error, which ultimately led to me winning the decision, he had over 4 attempts to do so, and he kept it in his shop for over 40 days during the riding season and could not fix it, which qualifies for the lemon law. The spark plugs would foul out within 20 miles, so in theory and reality I would need 3 sets of spark plugs to run 60 miles, not shitting you, I would break down, change the spark plugs run approx 20 miles and do it all over again, that got old real fast, and the excessive exhaust damaged the paint at the rear end of the paint, looks like crap...also has electrical issues, the turning signals don't work, and went through 3 battries, which Tony personally changed, Tony "take your freakin bike back and give me my money in exchange"...I will accept no less...and if anyone is wondering, I owned a Harley for 3 years before, never had an issue, ran like a champ!!!

Thats ridiculous!! No customer who pays top dollar for custom or a bike built by a reputable motorcycle manufacturer, should have "BUGS" and pay more money out of their pocket to have the bike fixed, if he lost the lemon law, he should have to pay, bottom line, there is no defending a dealer who won't pay on the lemon law, the debtor always end up losing at the end, as it should be, I believe if this was happening to you, you'd be "crying" too, sounds like you just got lucky...

Tony cenzi has built many bikes for people, He stood by every bike more than he should have. The problem u are having is spark plugs, try taking the choke off it helps out big time. Out of all the bikes he built theres one guy talking shit about him, u I see a little problem with that. Maybe paying for the bike is the real problem and blaming it on fouling plugs is a great coverup!!!

Wow, another Tony fan moron, the bike has been paid for in full...its about a man not paying on a settlement, not following the laws of the land, he lost, plain and simple, this judgment against Tony is public record, look it up smart guy (I don't have the Ref # available). Where does this Choke thing come from? you idiots keep mentioning it, did Tony tell you this? Anyone defending a man's honor who won't pay up on a court settlement looks bad to anyone reading this thread or any other thread of mine in this forum. I'm sorry your school system failed you. We both choose to go to court to settle our differences, we both raised our right hands, and the better guy won, now, what don't you understand?..oh, I know, the choke thing, right? Stunado. Does Tony make you swallow?

There's nothing to appeal, he won a civil judgement against Cenzi. Cenzi doesn't want to pay and if he has his assets in another persons name then he can't collect. The only thing he can do is ask the judge for a subpoena to subpoena Cenzi's financial records which by law he must disclose.

Hey buddy, when you write crap like this you show how your ignorance, and it makes Tony Cenzi look worse because he hangs out with you, "birds of a feather flock together" which means people with similar interests and habits stick together. The law doesn't care about chokes or whatever junk you are writing, trust me man, I'm bringing him down, go to www.clerk.co.monroe.ny.us , REF # 2007004240. The only one missing out is Cenzi Custom Cycles, because his business and reputation is in Jeopardy baby, I can buy another cycle at any given time, NOT from Tony of course.

I am one of the many that has a judgment filed at the Monroe County Clerk's Office against Tony Cenzi.

I was wondering if someone could help me find out where he does his banking. I know that nothing is there, but I need to sniff his entire stinky trail and any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance for any information that you may be able to provide.

Way2rough- I'm the one with all the Tony Cenzi threads here, I tried to show everyone what a scum bucket this guy is, I don't know your story or the basis of your lawsuit, wish I can tell you what I know, but it could hurt my cause.....so, I'll just leave the community with This: "Don't do business with this Loser, Tony Cenzi". Some advice, don't waste your time/money sending out subpoenas to major local banks in his area, you won't find squat, he most likely digs holes in his backyard, but my guess he got his monies in some obscure credit union down in Florida, he sells his crap down there at dealerships you can see on this website...Good luck to you and anyone else who plans on doing business at his shop, he even changed his DBA in trying to escape all his judgments, well but my judgment is against the man's name, not his business...Run Tony Run

Thanks for the heads up on the subpoenas. It will save my attorneys some time and me some money.

To follow up on what you said, you can run, but you can't hide. Maybe I'll run into you at the Monroe County courthouse. Good luck with your case. I am sure you will need lots of luck, just as much as I will.

WAY2ROUGH/Raiders

Are your judgments stemming from a bike build gone wrong? or personal issues? Does Mr Cenzi run a bad business? workmanship poor?

Bad news for all, only about 20% of judgments are collected. Unfortunately, judgments such as yours are not enforced, the debtor (Cenzi) probably has all his assets placed in someone else's name, avoiding being held responsible for his wrong doings, doesn't sound like a good character....you should have bought a harley
