Sort like how the RPD did with the PR community with the PR festival. Cause 25 arrests is more the 16.

I happened to be at that concert with two friends, one is African American the other from Honduras, and I take serious offence to the comments made here. If you read more about it, the arrests were for underage drinking, posession of weed, and a few DUIs.... I guess us white 'animals' are the only guilty ones?? Racists tend to have no wisdom. You got that right.
