Some civil rights group should get two white guys and put one on a bike with no bell and the other in a car with a tail light out and have they drive all over the city and see how long it takes for them to get pulled over or if they ever do.

If the RPD thinks we are not cooperating now, then just keep doing your stupid racist stuff like search us for not having a bell.

I'd like to go to any of the City Cops houses and inspect their bikes to see if they have bells.

Well several weeks ago Police Chief Uncle Tom was talking about all the violence and he then blamed it on "gangs", he said the RPD was very close on bust a large group of these gangs, yet we've heard nothing of any arrests of any gangs or gang members.

Is it possible the increase of violence is because the RPD failed to make that big bust the Chief Uncle Tom promised us??

I have the answer.. Knee grows . It is the truth . Who does 99.9% of the shootings/stabbings/assaults ? Kneegrows. Why? They have ZERO responsibilities. They have NO job to go to . They don't need none . The gub'ment will support their dumb/lazy a$$es generations after generations. They pump out kid after kid after kid,just to get more $ from the gub'ment . They end up having so many they cannot watch nor control them,and the kids turn the street cuz momma or grand momma can't handle them.

Well, I see a lot of photos of whites who don't smile either, and have behavior problems. I know there are a lot of problems among many blacks, but blacks aren't the only race with problems. I suggest you look up the NYS Motor Vehicle Laws as well as the City of Rochester code, so you know all the rules and avoid having to go through a cavity search by the rpd on your bike ride.

Some of the rules are: not riding 2 or more abroad, always having at least one hand on the handlebars, always having both feet on the pedals, not having handle bars that make your hands higher then your shoulders when holding on to them(I think this is the city trying to discriminating against chopper style bike people).

You are so wrong about the picture thing. Look at any high school year book. Look at photos of blacks in the newspaper. I never said anything about whites looking mean or tough, because that wasn't part of my response to the comment I was answering. As for my children, I had to do the correct thing (according to society), and I taught my children to respect everyone (especially their elders), not to use the word hate, and not to use racial slurs. I even had to change the way I acted. I told them when they turn 18, they will be an adult and they could form their own opinions and views and decide who they wanted to like or dislike. My son had some black friends who came to our house to play and have sleep overs, kids are kids, so I accepted that. Did I ever want my children to date or hang around with blacks, HELL NO, but I couldn't tell them that, because of society. Now they are both adults and they still have black friends and get along with everyone, and get upset with me a little bit when I go off on the people on Topix. Also I never go and look for trouble with blacks, but when they give me the slightest bit of trouble, I let them know that they are messing with the wrong white guy.
