Freedom of speech (All over)

The right to freedom of speech is recognized as a human right under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
and recognized in international human rights law in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
The ICCPR recognizes the right to freedom of speech as "the right to hold opinions without interference.
Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression".
Furthermore freedom of speech is recognized in European, inter-American and African regional human rights law.

An uncensored Internet was clearly shared by the U.S. Supreme Court when it declared, in Reno v. ACLU, the Internet
to be a free speech zone, deserving at least as much First Amendment protection as that afforded to books,
newspapers and magazines. The government, the court said, can no more restrict a person's access to words or
images on the Internet than it could be allowed to snatch a book out of a reader's hands in the library,
or cover over a statue of a nude in a museum.

keep the trash off the streets

hes obviously burdened with severe mental disability and anger management problems

charge him with attempted murder, forget the assault charge

the man he assaulted easily could have died

in my eyes thats attempted murder

people need to be held responsible for their actions, this isnt a child mistake that you can just give him a slap on the wrist

The real Al Sharpton would say that. Really!!!!! The guy ought not to be allowed to play football again. What an example he set for our kids.

"this is what i'm all about",
is what he said just before attacking the ref.
Sounds like a person destined to spend most of his life behind bars.
I'm sure there is a football team he can play for in prison.

If he was a white guy he would have been charged with attempted murder, a more appropriate charge.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aries

Christmas Eve finds you happy and eager to get the most out of the day. You're in a rather sentimental mood, so if you've got time you'll relish the chance to watch a favourite film, especially if it means you've got to get out the hankies. A friend's kindness or sensitivity will delight you - and make you wonder how you can reciprocate.
