Review: Britt Koball Signature Auto's

i purchased a car from signature autos in april 2011 i loved my car i had no problems with my car at all and i got it for a good price! There ended being a problem with the title do to the fact that it was a repoed car and it took longer to get the title than the time i had since i was moving out of state but i contacted britt koball and he has done everything in his power to make sure that i have a fair trade and has not only made a great deal of buying my car back and admitting that there was a mistake made but trying to fix it. EVEN THOUGH my exspierence did not end exactly the way i hoped it was nice to know that even after things went wrong he made it right. given the chance things might not go the way they are planned but it all worked out in the end Thanks again Britt and if i ever come back to mn and am looking for a car i will swing through.

***Bob --- I believe you bought a Caravan, we titled the vehicle in Minnesota on accident, when you lived in Wisconsin, and you were instructed what to do (because we had no authority after the transfer)

Whether or not you did it is really nothing I can control.

If we don't file for your fast title, a policy put in place in August 2011, then your taxes must be refunded (i.e. taxes are free) Only dealer to offer such a policy.

Thanks for the 'review'--- but if you're going to say things like that....you should put your name on the add, instead of "kinda worked there" --- or are you afraid that I will drag you into court to defend your claims, which you do cannot because they are bogus? And that little birdie should tell you how to spell.

I purchased a 2002 Chevy Blazer for my oldest son from Britt recently and must say I had a very pleasant experience. Britt did not pressure us into a sale and was very professional. I received the title on the vehicle very quickly with no problems at all. Being a pre-owned vehicle, there were a couple of small issues of concern, but Britt had his mechanic fix them right away! My son LOVES his first vehicle! Thank you again, Britt!!!

i brought a car from your dealership on dec 31 after having the car for no more than an hr driving back to the cities the brake pedal hit the floor i called the salesman at the time he sais he was in a movie and cant talk and texted is everything ok i stated no, theres no brakes at that time he told me to put brake fluid in it and drive. and after i tell him im bringing the car back he says no and offered me another car for an extra 300 and said i was lucky to be driving a car with a good motor tranny and body for 2k but really i have a car midas wants 600dollars to fix. time to get a lawyer

Car dealers can't predict when a car is going to break, but one thing is for sure, every car will break.$2000 doesn't get much, you probably popped a brake line or a wheel cylinder. Don't go to Midas, chain repair shops are really really expensive. As for getting a lawyer, it's a waste of time, no lawyer will talk to you about this without getting money up front. Small claims is an option but you have virtually no chance of winning since you no doubt signed a buyer's guide stating the vehicle is being sold to you as is no warranty.

Ran across this. thought i would share my experience....

Dealer was hard to get ahold of because he was in florida for some time, but when he got back he brought the car over to me in new ulm for a test drive and look to make up for my wasted trip to rochester. I bought the car and it has been great, no issues....just got the title and an extra key he had for it, along with a hand written thank you from him. I will buy from this dealer again if i need a car

"J-Bennett" -- I am sorry for your negative experience. My offer still stands to fix your vehicle for half of the quoted price you received, and as I stated in our conversation yesterday, you may still exchange the vehicle for another.

I would urge all future customers to inspect cars in detail, and use our programs if you have an issue.

I have been trying to reach you but we need to get the Lexus title issue solved soon. I paid you in cash, almost two months ago, and it sucks I can't drive the car until the title thing get's worked out because of some blacked out signatures (due the other person writing his name in the wrong spot??). This man is a dam crook I bought a car from in 2010 still a lien on the car paid cash on the spot in full still no lien card tired of this shit he keep lie n about it but it's okay we gone meet soon
