I would NEVER purchase anything from this dealer! This is my personal experience with this dealer in the spring of 2010: The dealer was not in compliance with the FTC which requires dealers to post in every vehicle for sale on the dealer lot a "Buyers Guide". The car that was sold to me had major mechanical problems. I believe the dealer falsified documents, did not comply with the DMV requirements on title transfers, falsely advertised (referring to a 3-day guarantee sign that was hanging) repeatedly encouraged me to commit fraud with a result of my ultimately hiring an attorney to stop the transaction. While I can not definitively state that this is how every transaction occurs, this is factually how my experience unfolded. My opinion... run, don't walk as far away as you can!

Shane Patrick, sorry to see this. I was made aware of this review by my sales director, and I thought I'd make a brief response. You bought a 2001 Audi A8 with 101,000 miles on it, after us trying a whole day to get a bank to accept you. You drove it for 3 days and then experienced problems with reverse. You cancelled your deposit check. You called my dealership demanding $5000 to repair the car, or bring it back to us broken. I did the following to assist you. - Offered you a new transmission - Offered to take the car back in the same condition You refused. Then hired an attorney, and I eventually took the car back to make sure the bank that lent to you didn't have headaches, being that I do hundreds of GOOD loans with them every year, with good customers. Thanks for your business, hopefully next time you take responsibility for your vehicle.

Myself and my husband purchased a Ford Contour for our son recently from Jeff the Sales Manager there. He was very honest, well spoken and I truely believed every thing he said. He informed us of the things that might need attention in the near future and my son really wanted another car there but Jeff told him no because it had issues. We have a great car that hopefully will get him through college. Jeff gave us a great deal and it was the best car buying experience we have had in 25 years of owning vehicles. Great guy, no pressure all around flawless experience. Keep up the great work! We WILL be back!

This guy is a creep and any positive reviews are written by himself. Almost bought from him then realized his facts weren't quite right. or his attitude

This idiot is selling cars illegally without a license or a bond, masking up problems on his vehicles and selling them, making false promises and breaking them, and ripping off his customers. He is ruining not only his reputation but for us good guys too who do this to make an honest dollar to feed our families. Someone needs to put a stop to this. I know of at least 10 to 15 guys who wish they would see him off of his property just to get their hands on him.

After reviewing some reviews on here, which we do from time to time to ensure quality, I am saddened to see such negative remarks. Our dealership is not under investigation, nor are its employees. That is simply made up. I am sorry someone saw it necessary to write something like that. As for doing business without a license, dealers have 30 days after license cancellation to sell off inventory. I did not cancel the license, I simply did not renew it. The reason for that is because we change entities, and you must acquire a new license to do this. That is why for some period we were without a license. That was also not written by a local dealer, because I personally am friends with ALL Rochester dealership owners, as we attend auctions along with many other things of that nature. So again, that is made up as well. But I'm sure it is just another credit criminal who got a loan rejected or a car repossessed. BRITT KOBALL OWNER BK AUTO HOLDINGS LLC

Yes, It is true. Run away from this guy. I was talking with the Dealer dept. of the Minnesota Driver and Vehicle services and Britt does not have a dealers license and is currently under investigation for many things. I really regret paying him for a vehicle as it looks like I will have to go to court and file a motion for title to get ownership of a car that I paid cash for.

Reading these notes of dissatisfaction is sad, but even worse is reading what this so called dealer is writing. Sad that he would come on here trying to make himself look better when in all actuality he is showing the rest of the world just how childish he is. I stopped in once and was so floored by how unprofessional he was. I was told by another co-worker about a vehicle there, but decided to leave one day as it was an hour after he was supposed to be open, per the sign in the window, and still nobody. The office people next door, who have the same last name, said that isn't unusual. When I did stop back in I was not impressed with his arrogance.

Ok, here goes...protecting the truth again. I have to do this once a month. I'll reply using the "names" or lack there of, of the posters. * "MN-CID4516" Reply: This is a classic case of a competitor trying to soil a rivals name. I have never been formally investigated by anyone or any instituition. You have to do illegal things for that to happen. Also, never had more than 2 employees. And finally, what are "pending" charges?(Laughing out loud)--- There is no such thing. You are charged with a crime, or not. Join me and the other dealers for dinner sometime, we aren't so bad. * "Local Dealer" Yes it is true, we had no license or bond for a while because it expired, and I wanted to license under another LLC for tax reasons. We then had license #37185. And by the way, what local dealer are you? You see, after the auctions, me and the "local dealers" that actually mean something and have real lots, go out to eat. So that rules out at least 4 dealers. And it just so happens that I am friends with the vast majority of dealers in Rochester. Please keep your ridiculous, uneducated comments to yourself. * "You know who I am" Reply: Yes I do. I know that you paid a salesman cash for the car, which was the day he quit and stole the cash you had given him. I filed a report, and notified you of the situation. In one weeks time, I filed for your title and had tabs at the office. You came strutting in and I gave you the tabs, and then you demanded a title. I told you that the title is issued by Minnesota, not dealers. You called the dealers unit. They called me. And we both shrugged off your apparent lack of intelligence. Thanks for your "business". * "D Brogan" Reply: Thanks Dave! Enjoy Minnesota and the new job! * "Dissatisfaction" Reply: Sorry I wasn't up to your standards. I tend to treat customers with the exact amount of respect and seriousness I am treated with. And I do tend to leave the office once in a while. You see, my cars are cheap because I don't have to pay a staff to sit there all day. Thank you! * "Veritas" Reply: Gosh, I wish this Veritas would use a real name. Just a ghost... Anyway, yes it's true! From time to time business owners are involved in small claims suits. By the way, the first one you listed....was a default judgment that was entered because I missed the final hearing. I have a motion filed to vacate the judgment based on "Frivolous" grounds to bring the suit. Taco John's is suing me for a portion of my last months rent at one of there properties that I witheld because of some repairs that had to be performed that are not my obligation. Not that any of this is anyone's business, but if some loser is going to spend his days writing this crap, I might as well explain it for the smart ones. Thanks "Veritas"!
