Brian Davis, the Republican candidate for Congress in Minnesota's 1st District, has been late 10 times with his property tax payments since 2003, according to Olmsted County property tax records.

The difference is that Franken paid his taxes--just to the wrong states, and Davis didn't bother to pay his until later... Accounting error vs. paying late. I don't think its a big deal either way...but you can't complain about one and not the other...

He simply paid them late, throwing away his own money on fines. All of us taxpayers benefit by his irresponsibility and generosity! I hope I never hear him complaining about high taxes, though...
