This supporter of terrorism deserves no special treatment. Like the article said, Christians are not allowed to wear crucifixes. NO personal items are allowed to be worn while in custody. She is not being singled out for her religious beliefs. She is being treated just like any other prisoner. In fact, if she is being allowed to eat in her cell as suggested in the article, she is being given preferential treatment. America tries to bend over backwards to accommodate different religions, customs and languages (i.e. phone messages saying "press 1 for English, press 2 for Spanish, press 3 for Hmong, press 4 for Somali") as well as instructions for almost everything you purchase is now in 5 or more different languages! As an American, I find this tiresome and offensive. Americans usually must abide by other countries rules, customs, laws, etc. as well as learn their language if they choose to live there. Why should America be any different?

Absolutely, let her rot in her cell. Fire house it out every few weeks. The only thing missing is our government officials that approved her immigration. They should be jailed for recklessly endangering our communities.

The excuse is used that we are a "melting pot". We haven't been in along time. We are many generations past that. We are now Americans. I don't believe in putting past nationality in front of American (ex. African American).

The somalis were the biggest immigration error ever committed. They are lying, manipulating, thieving people. All crimes that would get their heads chopped off in their homeland. I am at a mystery as to who trained them when they got here because they've been that way from the get go. And they wonder why their hated. We can only hope the younger generations drop all the muslim BS, hijabs, beejobs, burpas, WTF.

I have wondered that too their 3rd world islam is not compatible with western culture, plain and simple. We as a nation will have to decide if we continue to slide into muslim accomodation culminating in sharia law or if we stand up and say no. The federal judge who handled her case did not put up with her muslim BS and she got more time for being in contempt.

Some of the younger ones are trying, It will be more than just one generation before they are more in tune with our culture. The girls run the greatest risk, their families will kill them if they become too americanized. We need to follow France (i can not believe I just wrote that) and ban the burka. We need very stern laws and punishments on FGM, this practice is simply beyond acceptable. I am not even touching on the terrorist crap.

The problem is as much with the press giving this woman any publicity for her actions while in prison. Let the authoritites deal with her. This is not news worthy.

The problem is allowing concessions with these people to begin with. What a can of worms that opened! Now every small infraction is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Pull the rug out from all of this BS and be done with it. You want to cling to your culture, so be it if you're not hurting anyone else. But you WILL follow the same rules and laws as the rest of us.
