Good service after the sale of the battery for my
IQ3600 PDA/GPS, they provided tools that were not in the package when shipped so the replacement went successfully.

Battery Giant - SUCKS. Unless you don't mind getting ripped off by 2-day air service that took over a week and then ZERO customer service for returns. You can't return for full credit without an authorization return slip - and good luck with getting that. They just blow you off as they only allow a 2-week return policy. You also do not get an email verification of purchasing from them nor do they acknowledge any type of contact with their 'return claims' email system or their customer service email system. THEN if you ship back product without the return authorization slip like a sales clerk told me to do on the phone they charge you a restocking fee. PLUS he gave me an address that was different from the address that was on their website and when I asked why he hung up on me. My advice: find a battery store in your area.

Awesome. They had a custom battery pack for my p90 airsoft gun that I could not find anywhere else online or even in any stores. But, it turns out i ordered the wrong one. So I called their customer service and easily returned it with little hassle. I also talked to the customer service rep to find a pack that would fit my gun and the representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and actually suggested a better custom pack that added even more power to my gun than the one I was originally looking for. The price was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be comparing it to my several other battery purchases for different guns that I have made. Shipping was extremely quick on both purchases and there were no hassles at all. I would highly suggest them for any battery purchase or need that you may have.

I have investigated your post and I certainly apologize for your dissatisfaction as we hold customer service at the highest level. Battery Giant has a 14 day “No Questions Asked - No Restocking Fee” return policy and in addition also honors the manufacturers stated warranty terms. A Return Authorization is necessary in order to expedite the handling of any return so proper credit or replacement can be identified. Our customer service lines,(1-877 523-0070) On-line Chat and email notification are covered M-F 9am -7pm and S-S 10am-3pm. In addition I have verified that our order acknowledgement has been, and continues to function properly. Battery Giant was a great choice for extra capacity batteries for my cell phone. I ordered it by the mfg model numbers and it came with a new cover and everything. Next I ordered a laptop battery for a 5 year old Dell, it came in plugged it in and worked great. I would use them for future purchases.
